With the current system, the closest you can come is 9999+ which does the trick, however I think a simple tick box would be great. If you have a coupon to provide a discount, and it can be used an unlimited amount of times...why not just lower the price of the item...? But as you mentioned, in the meantime, you can specify an absurdly large number of uses to provide the same general effect.
