Blesta Times Out When Adding A Service

Hi Blesta Team,

 

One of my clients that i manage  is having issues adding a client in blesta, when he adds in a service for a client the page times out but it creates the account in interworx but doesn't add it in blesta. 

 

- I have readded deleted the current API and added a new API from interwork to blesta

 

- SOAP is installed

 

- I have tested it with a valid domain

 

- Apache is set to Auto-restart

 

How do i stop it from timing out??

Hey PauloV its the apache installed with interworx <> blesta. 

 

The logs in Blesta shows that it is successful. 

 

The error log files say:

Sorry I was thick and didn't reliase when Blesta says "Force Graceful Restart" it was under another section so I told the client that it was the auto restart, which it wasn't there is a section above the PHP saying Force Graceful Restart.
