Blesta Times Out When Adding A Service

Hi Blesta Team,

 

One of my clients that i manage  is having issues adding a client in blesta, when he adds in a service for a client the page times out but it creates the account in interworx but doesn't add it in blesta. 

 

- I have readded deleted the current API and added a new API from interwork to blesta

 

- SOAP is installed

 

- I have tested it with a valid domain

 

- Apache is set to Auto-restart

 

How do i stop it from timing out??

Michael from License Cart helped me fix it   I had to turn on force graceful restart.

Try to raise in your server or hosting account the "php.ini" the "max_execution_time" value, maybe your server dosent respond betwin that time, and so your Blesta goes in "Time Out"

Hi PauloV,

 

I have set the max_execution_time to 60 saved php.ini and restarted httpd service and tried it again, still times out (another thing i will point out is it times out in 25 seconds)

I also tried increasing it to max execution and for input_time put 140, memory_limit = 1500

 

It still times out under 25 seconds so i dont think it is that.

Do you have nginx installed? Could be apache or nginx timeout and you have to increase.

What is the detail error message on browser and error logs?

Hey PauloV its the apache installed with interworx <> blesta. 

 

The logs in Blesta shows that it is successful. 

 

The error log files say:

Sorry I was thick and didn't reliase when Blesta says "Force Graceful Restart" it was under another section so I told the client that it was the auto restart, which it wasn't there is a section above the PHP saying Force Graceful Restart.
