Stripe Returning No Data

Hi there,

 

I'm having issues with Stripe payment not working properly. Either test or live payments. It worked before 3.4 but seems to not work now.

 

I set the proper API keys for each but it won't go through.

 

The error is:

An error occured when processing the request with the gateway.

 

The gateway logs say:

https://api.stripe.com/v1/customers
a:0:{}

 

Nothing at stripe.

 

Anyone else using Stripe ok? Any ideas? They've asked me to verify my ID, which I haven't done yet, but tell me I should be able to accept payments still anyway.

I'm pretty sure nothing changed with the stripe gateway from 3.3 to 3.4. Please check that curl SSL is still available to your PHP build. Blesta uses curl over https to stripe's API. Also ensure that port 443 egress is open at your firewall.

Got one payment today from Stripe and sounds working fine in 3.4

Thanks guys! Helped me out a lot.

 

Turns out CSF firewall updated and requires additional Perl modules installed for https to work. So I am attempting to get those installed now but I strongly suspect that is the cause.
