The biggest company with cheap .NL (and other extensions) is TransIP. They have an extensive (english) API library, but it's way over my head and stuff like this cannot have mistakes. All I really want is when someone buys a domainname, it gets registered at TransIP.nl. (with domain availability and the ability to move a domain here ofcourse).
