There is more important things sure.. So this is not? Now i cant saw on your roadmap. So i could write an email to a client is it hard to make a mass mail plugin for this? Why its not possible to do? You could imagine whats the answer. There's MailChimp, that's a option, email, announcement, even facebook and twitter. I'm frustrated these aren't done yet either, but if they were, then other features would be missing instead. In all likelyhood the mass mailer will be the next major new feature after v3.5, but we still have more tasks to prioritize to determine what the next version will contain. You know providers.. we have to do what client need. I could make a new announcement make a new facebook post but we have many middle-aged client not use facebook or not saw the announcements. They always said. Why not email? Is it so big thing to send? Well yes the manually work should work but i only have to chose some of the client not all of them. We can get the mass mailer done more quickly while we are still planning better domain management. when planning the new module , just make in mind the exist service for the multiple domains already exist in database . a solution that will ignore the old services is a catastrophique solution . i insist in this , because importing domains from wh*** or blesta v2.5 has this behavior (specially in logicbox ) . every domain imported should be modified in database to work . or at least using my reloaded logicbox module that ignore the order-id . Whilst the domain module is important so is coupons, and aff plugin, mass mail etc. It will be their main priority to get them out but they also have to improve Blesta and current modules, gateways and plugins. that plugins is important for you . but is not important for hosting industry . normally before we buy a forniture , first we must have the real house . another time, i'm totally sur , almost of 80% or 90% of users is testing blesta for hosting besiness , they leave it anr return tothe competitor , because simply blesta is not adecuate 100% for hosting industry , yes we can live with it , but the reality is all the competitors has thier software adequate to hosting industry . and stop defending for something is done in the wrong way in blesta . we are here to show what it should fixed in some aspect, i can't give any opinion in case of selling licences , becuse i don't sell it and i don't have any experience in tis market , and i support blesta is well done ofr this market . but in the hosting market i'm a leader in my country , and i know what is the needed or not needed ! Yes they are important and yes they will be done but everyone thinks otherwise. I myself I don't care since Blesta works out of the box for most of my customers, and yes most of them sell domains and hosting and yes they are active on the forum too. Nothing special. The last shit boxbilling has mass mail too. So what could i say. I changed whmcs to blesta with around 250 client so not too much. But what i need from whmcs -Domain manager (how to check .hu tld? there is no way...omg. manual work ) -Mass Mail (how to send? Middle-aged users not use facebook or check the announcements.. use mailchimp? oh man do it every day.. nope. you got time?) -Cancel servic after x day no payment (have to do manually? oh man i have to do every day.. is it a joke?) Thats the three thing for shared/resellers provider is a MUST thing. You could say then i am a bad man or anything. Or solusvm more important etc. etc. But if this panel not ready for shared hosting as 90% of the users use it for it.. What could i say? Yes we can live without theese three feature.
