Index.php In Url

ahughes

Question

Hey,

I'm wondering if I can get some help, for some reason, the URL always contains index.php. I've written my .htaccess to remove it, but blesta insists on adding it back in, for example:

/index.php/client/login/

/index.php/admin/settings/system/general/basic/

If I visit the root of where blesta is installed, without putting index.php in the URL, it works, but any links add index.php back in (index.php/client/login/)

Please help! :)

have you uploaded the "Blesta" .htaccess file or are you using nginx?

It's included in the zip or you can grab a copy of the .htaccess here: https://licensecart.com/billing/plugin/support_manager/knowledgebase/view/330/blesta-s-htaccess/1/

Also are you cleared the cache? you can remove it by saving the staff group, admin tools or removing the 1 folder in /cache/

Yep - the .htaccess is set up the same, located in /var/www/html/blesta/.htaccess

I've cleared cache and made sure to force via updating a group in admin.

index.php/admin/settings/company/groups/ works, but this doesn't:

Not Found

The requested URL /admin/settings/company/groups/ was not found on this server.
