pipe.php doesn't detect the mail encoding
Hi,

I am trying Blesta, but I find a bug as the following:

When client send a mail that been forward to pipe.php to create a ticket, It is not displayed correctly in http://my.wfans.org/a-support.php?&a...tetid&tid=xxxx. Encoding the mail is GB2312.

If I encode the mail via UTF-8, It is OK. But you know, I cant determine the clients' action. Please check it.

PS: Database's collation is utf8_general_ci.
