no cron work fine with no problem just ticket not close i don't know why any solution or any other cron command for closing tickets

you must check the setting for closing ticket , try change it and see if the ticket will close . |

i did with no result still not closed i change also whole server php version maybe have to wait new blesta version

i thik is a probleme in the confuguration blesta or in the database itself !!!! because you have changed the whole server .
try install a beta test blesta and see if it will work in a test account .
