cronjob suspend/unsuspend not working

Hello Sir;

from the begin of this mounth , the suspend/unsuspend notice not arriving , after some invistigation i found also the servie is intact (not suspended or ususpended via cronjob) .

i have run the cronjob manually but is not reflecting to the service , i get the fallowing message !!!

Attempting to unsuspend services that are now paid. No services needed to be unsuspended. Attempting to suspend services on all accounts that are past due.

i have not make any modification to blesta from so many times , also i have checked the cronjob run and i have the last run time today "Cron Last Ran: Nov 10, 2011 7:19:00 PM " .

when i run it manually i get the same result .

note that is just suspend/unsuspend not working . the invoice creation , send invoice is working perfectly .

any road to go with it to see from where is the probleme ?

I have checked the database , cron table , i found no entries for suspend !!

just the fallowing entries ; renewdate , graphdata , attempted , emailinv , closetickets , cleanup , emailnotices , createinv , bill-cron ,

last record for suspend is 2011-10-30 00:00:01 .

Please check that the account is not exempt from suspension, and that the invoice was created automatically for the service and is X days past due where X is the number of days to suspend.

Is this the last output of your cron?

all what you have mentioned are ok .

Please check that the account is not exempt from suspension . (all the accopunt is not exempt).
that the invoice was created automatically (yes)
and that the invoice was created automatically for the service (yes)
and is X days past due where X is the number of days to suspend. (yes)

just to note , auto suspend/unsuspend work perfectly even if the service was manually created with invoice true .
