I would like

1) to add an option for One time Setup Fee with Every package.

2) It would be great , if each package has an option to Attach a SLA with it.

Good idea sojish,

We are discussing setup fees as a possibility for 1.4, though haven't thought of attaching SLA's.

You can essentially already attach SLA's to service orders. Simply add an HTML link in the details field that opens the SLA in a new window. Also add a note in the details field that stats by submitting the order the user agrees to have read and adhere to the terms and conditions laid out by the SLA.
