I recently downloaded the Blesta Trial. I am trying to install it on a plesk server. So far, I have been successful but I have one problem. When I try to go to the cron settings page, I am getting a CGI Error and underneath it says “The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.”
All other pages work. I am a webmaster and I have installed lots of scripts but I cant figure out what the problem is. I was concerned that it was a permissions error with the cron directory so I made sure there were full permissions. I also tried moving the cron directory from above the public dir to in the public dir (and also updated cronjob.php) and it still gives me the same error. Can anyone help?? |

I emailed you the following..
It looks like this may be a Windows issue. I found this article that may help.. http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;EN-US;884764 If everything else is working properly though, you may not need to access this page.. but it's worrisome that it's happening at all and could be affecting other pages or automated functions. Without being able to access this page, you should still be able to set up a cron. Please follow the directions at http://www.blesta.com/manual/Installing_Blesta#On_Windows_Servers to set up a scheduled task on Windows. |
