Hey Guys,

I just ran across your system and it looks very interesting. I downloaded and installed the demo and have some questions.

1) If we need to charge a setup fee and a recurring fee upon signup, am I right in assuming we would need to have a service for the setup fee with a one-time charge and a service with a recurring charge for the plan?

2) If so, can they order both during the signup process?

3) When 1 client has multiple services billed on the same day, with their credit card be charged multiple times or will they be batched up and just get 1 charge?

This would work, but I would recommend building it into the order form. With a little PHP code, you can charge the setup fee and add a line item to the invoice to cover it.

With some minor changes, yes. Setup fees are coming in a future version of Blesta, along with a new simpler order wizard for creating order forms.

Services that renew the same day will appear on the same invoice. When auto-debit runs, it will pay the invoice in full... so yes, 1 charge.
