Hello
Is there any ability to let blesta create invoice for pending service and send it ? or email users about thier pending service with incomplete status ?

In Settings > Billing/Payment Settings, there is an option to "Invoice Suspended Services". If this is checked, Blesta will continue to invoice suspended services. Is this what you mean? When Blesta suspends a service, it does send an email to the client, but it wont say that the service is suspended in any invoice emails.

No , i mean pending service (created with order form) . the order create service in pending mode , but didn't create invoice for it (with offline payment ). the invocie are created when admins accept this services .

Indeed, generating the invoice at the same time as the pending service is generated is a better way of working - a lot of people (myself included) will want to wait for people to pay the invoice before provisioning the service unless the client already has an existing relationship with us (already got another service and we can trust them with payment terms, for example).
An ideal solution would be a configuration option that allows invoice generation on either pending service creation or as it is currently. An even better way would be the ability to set it on a per client basis, with the default being one of the two options above. I see naja7host has entered this in the feature tracker so I'll copy the above text into the ticket there as well. Cheers, Mark |

Thanks guys, we'll discuss here and review this process. I can definitely see cases where generating an invoice for a pending service would be needed.
