Can you do CSS work for us? We are looking to get someone to help us with CSS and structure header in all BLESTA our order forms.

This is what we would like them to look like:

Plus we need some slight modifications done to each template such as adding in extra fields such as:
Is your website hosted now (if so, where)?

And then adding a request in the email form for them to send FTP info.

Is that something you can do?

Are there any templates to play with while in the free trial mode? I see I can't edit with Dreamweaver, so I may have to stick with rude people at whmcs
