Hi again
I'm having trouble with modifying client details in the admin area. When I change any details and click "update Client" it says the update was successful and indeed the changes stay in the "modify client" form. However, the changes are not made to the "contacts" table in the database. I restored the database from backup yesterday and all seems well, so I can't think it's that. Can anyone suggest what might be wrong. |

In v2.x all clients have a billing contact. The information on these two can be different, but if when editing a client you want to update the primary billing contact details, you need to click the "update billing" checkbox. In v3 this option has been removed and new accounts do not have any additional contacts by default.

Sorry. All sorted now. I was looking at the contacts field instead of users. I shall beat myself about the head for being a stupid newbie. |
