Hello,

Im interested in buying blesta, but before i do i have some questions:

1- Is there available a project management module for blesta? Something similar [or better ] to http://www.whmcspm.com/ for WHMCS.

2- Regarding Support Tickets and email, does blesta fully support email piping? In a simple way, can clients open and reply to ticket directly using email without having to log in in blesta?

2.1- Still regarding support tickets, we plan to install blesta on webserver1 and our emails run on a external server (webserver2). So is it possible to setup email piping to work at 100% with offsite email using a cronjob, correct?

3- We use Sage (http://sage.com/) billing software to manage our billing here at our company. So can we developer a inhouse script/api/app in order to sincronize blesta with our Sage solution in order to automate billing? In a simple way, does blesta allows us to developer our own custom modules?

4- Is there available a PT Portuguese or Brazilian language translation of blesta?

4.1- Does blesta fully support Portuguese special characters (ç ; ã ; ê ; ..)?

5- In terms on control panel, is blesta fully compatible with Plesk 9 control panel?

6- Does blesta allows upload attachments to tickets?

7- Is it possible to merge tickets?

8- The option to set tickets (On Hold, In Progress, etc..)

9- Is there any mobile support (blackberry or iphone app)?

Not currently, but we do have plans for a pretty extensive project management system.

Yes, email piping is supported and clients can open and reply to tickets via email. In 2.3 (out soon) admins can also reply to tickets via email.

Yes, you can create your own modules, import utility, and API based order forms or integrate the two via the API. My recommendation is to download our free trial and play around with it so you can be sure that you can achieve the level of integration that you require.

I'm not sure.. you might contact this user - http://www.blesta.com/forums/member.php?u=333, he has mentioned Portuguese here so it's possible he has translated Blesta into Portuguese and may be willing to share. Translating Blesta is pretty easy though see http://www.blesta.com/manual/Language.

The interface should, yes.. but I'm not certain that these will appear correctly in the PDF invoices. Your best bet is to try it on the demo or the 30 day free trial.

I'm not sure what you mean by "fully compatible", but Blesta can provision, terminate, suspend, and unsuspend accounts on Plesk.

Yes, Blesta supports attachments to tickets, both through the interface and through email piping.

We don't have an iPhone app yet, but Blesta will work perfectly in Safari on the iPhone.
