I suspend a customer account because our business with them is done for the time being but blesta still bills them on the next month. Ideas? I am getting a LOT of upset customers.

2.x invoices suspended services. In v3, there is a setting for this which can be disabled.
My suggestion is to cancel the service. If the service exists on say a cPanel server, you can do a local edit and set the cancellation date to today manually which will cancel it in Blesta only. Once it is cancelled it will no longer be invoiced. The reason for this is because a suspension in Blesta doesn't guarantee a suspension of the service (If the module doesn't support it) and in the case of hosting, the service continues to use resources even if it's suspended. But, like I mentioned, you can disable this in v3.. (It may ship with it disabled by default). |

We are really close to alpha. Beta will follow and we'll announce a final release date during the beta.
