-Fixed an minor SSL warning caused by the Google Checkout non-merchant gateway
where the checkout button was using HTTP rather than HTTPS.

-Fixed issue with detecting decimal formatting values in format_currency() that
caused values in floating point format to be formatted incorrectly if their
currency used a non-decimal point format.
