Default New Features

I have some idea for some new features:

-Ability to not only sell Services but also downloaded goods (templates, software etc..).

- If a user sends a email to support@mysite.com blesta would create a ticket for it automatically and send out a auto responder saying the ticket was create and blah blah your ticket number is 11111111.

-Ability to categories tickets and mark some of them as spam or etc....

-Ability to create a Knowledge base based on old tickets so that if someone has the same problem you can easily just re do the same steps to fix the problem.

This is a good idea. It is supported now with some custom coding, but we are considering native support for this in Blesta.

Ticket email piping is coming, most likely in 1.4.

With email piping above, it would be ideal if we could implement some type of spam filtering on email piped into the ticket system. I don't know about you, but I don't want to get paged at 2am because of a piece of spam. akisnet (sp)?

A knowledge base is likely coming, though it is not yet on our dev list. New entries would be able to be created for the knowledge base independent on the ticket system, but it would be very cool to be able to send ticket content into the knowledge base editor to create entries based on them.
