I have some idea for some new features:
-Ability to not only sell Services but also downloaded goods (templates, software etc..). - If a user sends a email to support@mysite.com blesta would create a ticket for it automatically and send out a auto responder saying the ticket was create and blah blah your ticket number is 11111111. -Ability to categories tickets and mark some of them as spam or etc.... -Ability to create a Knowledge base based on old tickets so that if someone has the same problem you can easily just re do the same steps to fix the problem.
