Two questions

I've been looking around at various solutions for billing/customer management and am very interested in Blesta. I've been playing around with the demo but haven't been able to figure out the ticketing system. I created a ticket for client 1594 but it doesn't list in the Support section...in fact I can't see any tickets there - nor do I see the ticket in the customer file - has this been disabled for some reason?

Payment Gateways. I'd like to use and Australian payment gateway called eWay (http://www.eway.com.au/) - one the bigger companies in Australia - is there any reason that I wouldn't be able to do this? They have php modules and interface with many online systems (eg. Zencart).

Hi Troy - sorry for the delayed response, we have been working on finishing up 2.0.

The tickets did not show up in the admin interface because the demo admin wasn't assigned to any departments. We re-added the demo admin to all departments so you should be able to see the tickets there now.

Do you have API documentation for eWay? Would be happy to take a look and code up a gateway module if it meets our requirements and if you would be willing and able to test it out.

Hi Troy,

I've just had a look at the documentation and it shouldn't be a problem to integrate with Blesta.

This actually looks like one of the easier gateways to work with. Some gateways make it impossible to get documentation or test account information, and here they have it all in one location.
