Question about Blesta Futures, Customization and Integration

Your name is forwarded to me by Paul Phillips. I have few questions for you and your answers to these questions will be great help to us to integrate your software to our website.

1: On our website we provides sales lead to our suppliers and we want to charge variable pricing for variable number of leads, e.g. 1 to 100 leads = $1, and 101 to 200 leads = $.90. Can we do this with your software?

2: We want that the Invoices and amount for our services (Which include Sign-up Fee, Leads request Fee and Banners) can be automatically calculate and to be sent monthly to our clients through email.

3: We need an accounting system from where we can manage user accounts, their billing, their invoicing, their deposits, over dues. Also generate daily and monthly reports for office use.

4: Our Clients mostly pay us by bank deposit, so we want a system from where we can upload our Bank statements in CSV format to our website and it will automatically credit the paid user accounts. We also want to do Manual entries and accept Credit Cards Payments from our clients.

5: Can you able to help me with the integration for Blesta with our website.

Blesta does not have any built-in affiliate system.

This shouldn't be a problem, but it depends on what services you are offering and how they are created. You'll likely need custom modules written to handle packages for these services.

Blesta isn't accounting software, but it does all of these things.

Hi Cody thanks for your help. However, my first question is not about affiliate system. I will rephrase my question for you

"On our website we provides Sales Leads / Business Leads to our Clients/Users and we have six different Fee plans e.g. Plan 1:1 to 100 Business leads = $1, and Plan 2:101 to 200 Business leads = $.90.

Hopefully this will give you some understanding about my question. Can we do this with your software?

You can easily create different packages with different price points. Depending on how you deliver your leads and how you wish clients to purchase them, it may require creating a custom module.

I'd recommend downloading and installing the free trial, to see how it works for you.

I was browsing your software and also check the demos. I have website very like www.vendorseek.com and www.Buyerzone.com. it is for providing leads to business and it is C2B website and I need to upgrade my User Account section and administrative section for invoicing and billing .Are you guys able to help me? What will be the cost? If you come back to me then we will discuss in more details.
