Packages allow you to create automatically renewing services.

Creating Packages

New packages may be created through [Packages] > [New Package] in Blesta.

• As of v2.2, some modules have an option to specify First Available or a specific module row when creating or editing a package. Specifying the module row will force the package to use that module row. First available attempts to add the service using each module row in order until a successful add is made or all attempts have failed.

• As of v2.3, packages now support Setup Fees.

• Note that a module must be configured to handle the new package. You may configure modules from [Settings] > [Modules] and clicking a module from the left.

Restricted Packages

When a new package is created, it may be set to restricted, meaning that no client may see the package unless an admin manually assigns this package to the client. When viewing a client's profile page, choosing [Set Packages] from the Actions box allows restricted packages to be set for this individual client.
