Please Help To Set Piping Properly

It is now executing PHP properly, but php cannot access the script. Be aware that the Unix user used by your mailserver to process local e-mail must be able to access it. Check the file permissions on the script and parent directories. Alternatively, you can try forwarding support e-mail to the username your website runs under. And put your "|/usr/bin/php" line in a file called .forward in the home directory of that user. Most mail servers execute pipe lines found in .forward under the username of the user.

    Pretty Urls

I know this has been mentioned in a couple cases through the forum, so I wanted to open a formal request on this. It would be great if Blesta used shorter/ prettier URLs. Some like /ticket/23 instead of /plugin/support_manager/23 (may be longer than even that). It would be great if there was an easy way in the system settings somewhere to shorten these URLs and set custom values.

    Cpanel

I'm not sure I understand whether you tried the change in my last post. Did you update the cPanel module as I described here and try to save the server details, create a package using that module, and then generate a service successfully on that server? I'm trying to determine whether everything works correctly with the cPanel module if Blesta no longer attempts to verify a connection, and thus no longer gives you this error when saving a new server: If you did make that change, and the service still fails to be added, what data is available in the Module Log related to it?
