here is what I did I just use livehelperchat which this plugin uses as a standalone copy on another server and just embed the required javascript into blesta I admit that was a lot easier lol(I have used this plugin before and had those issues that is why I thought if I wanted the full functionality of the software might as well run it myself lol)

Yep, if you go to phpmyadmin, go to the table that has the support tickets, and sort by status, open tickets show up at the top, and you can then see the title of the ticket. I've done this before to temp fix this while testing. Nothing broke

Yep. Equally very simple... and I just realized that's why my Blesta install looked so fucked with Content-Security-Policy enabled... I forgot to whitelist the CDN... Well... that will be fixed later. But it's likely something to watch out for as people start implementing Content-Security-Policy. Something to note in the docs, maybe?

Had a play with the beta just recently. Looks pretty damn good. I'll install a development copy on the testing server I have, which is running php 5.6 although there is the possibility of also running php7... but I'll have to check into that. I'll report back any issues I find but I must note I like the new look. Seems a hell of a lot cleaner to me, truth be told. I was playing with this on Licensedemo.com so I didn't notice any initial issues, but best to install it on our own server and take a look under the hood as well.

The link takes you to the password-reset page (that already exists in the core). If we were to support a modal/on-page way of resetting a password, then the Order plugin would have to implement it itself, with or without support from the core. That would require additional code to be written, and is a bit of duplication having it in multiple places. Not saying this is a bad idea, but probably more work than a beta will allow. Might be best for a future version.

I believe CORE-1877 will only affect new tickets.

i have looked at it , it seems a bit different from other SOAP api like OVH SOAP . it will take a huge time to create a wrapper API for php then we use it in the module, if you have already a maded php API wrapper or sdk it will minimize the time of work and also the cost .
