Decided to have one of our support guys play around with it and he manged to fix it. Have no idea what he did but at least it works now!

What I did took the account zipped it then unzipped it on the new account. Nothing changed except the directory and url the files are in.

Its claims password is incorrect/user does not exist.

Reissued no license error. It explains to me the login details are wrong which I have solved in the pass by fixing the directory which leads me to think the safe problem is here as well. (Yes, they are the right details.)

Odd, I have already changed that to the correct directory yet the problem persists. I am assuming the login issue is due to an incorrect directory. This domain is on the same server as the other domain I was using, all I did was move it from one account to another.

Hello, As I built up the billing system I wanted to keep our old one running so I setup blesta on another server. Today I had finished everything and moved everything over. Problem is the url/directory is wrong in blesta and I can not log in. How can I change this? Dug through the database a bit but figured I could just ask on the forums. Thanks!

So for the past couple of days I have been working on building a design for my hosting company. The previous design was some random themeforest template and I wanted something original that you would not (hopefully) see another website using. I had a designer create a website about a year ago but he ended up with my money and I ended up with nothing. So, I will put screenshots of my current website and the design I made and I would like for you to 1.) Pick which one is nicer 2.) Which you think is the themforest template. 3.) Alright, fresh install everything is working all nice. I assume I missed something when I installed php 5.4. New question: What are all the php modules that I need to install to make sure blesta and the interworx module work. I have been crippled by Cpanel's 1 click installs.

It was/is running CentOS release 6.5 (Final). Got some time now to work with it now so I will reinstall and report my findings.

Everything works as it is setting up the account in interworx. The problem resides in the fact that Blesta is not marking the service as setup/active. As well the browser supplies the error "No Data Received - Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data." I am going to try and do a clean wipe of the server and bring it to a vanilla configuration.

Alright, so I have decided to try Blesta and all and I wanted to try Interworx instead of the usual Cpanel we host. So I spun up a server and installed everything. Blesta and Interworx are on the same server and they seem to be connecting fine. The problem is when orders are made they will not be provisioned by the cron and when you click Activate it your browser will display the error "No Data Received - Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data." The service in interworx will be created but Blesta says the product is pending.
