  1. Replying to a ticket takes you to the ticket list (https://mysite.com/client/plugin/support_manager/client_tickets/) Is it possible to configure Blesta to make admins and clients to stay on the same page after submission of their messages? Thanks!
  2. That's right, but I thought it would be even more convenient for clients to have summary at one single place. This is just a suggestion, so please don't again become too much protective.
  3. Currently client dashboard has only three sections for Invoices, Services, Transactions like on the screenshot. Do you, guys, think it would be more convenient for the clients to see summary, status of everything, including tickets, at once place?

  5. I would prefer my staff member to always see their home pages set in particular way and not being able to change it. So, if possible, please remove "Manage Widgets" and "Customize Dashboard" from Staff members' screen, leaving them for only the main admin or make it possible to set permissions for "Manage Widgets" and "Customize Dashboard". Thanks!
