You would need to update the staff member's configured setting for receiving order emails in order to disable it. This is only possible when logged in as that particular staff member and going to the Orders widget. Alternatively, you could update the database to remove them from the list in the interim: under the `order_staff_settings` table, you can find records for that staff member by his staff ID, then update the `value` column to "never" for the `key`s "email_notice" and "mobile_notice".
 
This issue will be resolved in CORE-1905.

In short you have to download 3.6.1 patch and upload/overwrite your files ,than after upload is finished point your broswer to url of your blesta admin area + /upgrade ...like this

If you wanted to use a different version of PHP (e.g. 5.2,), make sure you use the correct binary (“/usr/local/php52/bin/php”) for your needed version. You can find most binary paths  here .
Remember to add a space between the binary and the path. In the example below note the space between ‘php’ and ‘/home’.

6) When ready, click Add New Cron Job

I understand your problem but your example is not even close to situation with Hong Kong because officialy Hong Kong belongs to PR China today and it is Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China so you'll find it listed at same way almost every where and even it is listed among other countrys is compromise .Now I'm not saying this because I want argue about Hong Kong status..to be honest I don't care aboout it...I say it because you'll have to implement some custom solution because what ever entry you use for country codes/states/provincies you'll have same issue because most of them will not even list country if it officialy is not and belongs to other State

Now I can tell you FQDN hostname of your server (server host name which provider set in hosts file)  it is rs48.whbdns.com  and you can use it as hostname also but IP shoud work also and your uitsbd.net domain if it is on that server also.
Which module do you use?official Blesta module has SSL check box and be sure to check it...
 
Now in blesta official module you shoud have this configuration;
 
Server label; what ever you want name it
 
Hostname; rs48.whbdns.com
 
Use SSL check this box
 
User name; root OR if you have reseller account than your reseller username
 
Remote key; Be sure to copy/paste it without any empty space
 
In cpanel extended module there are two more fields
 
1.Passwordl -leave it empty
2. Port - set 2087 for secure SSL ( SSL checkbox also must be checked) or set 2086 for non secure ( in this case SSL checkbox  is not checked)
 
This is all you need to do to get it work...

Try the IP address, hostnames are always something.something.com not domain.com

You have to go to Client to which service belongs and than under Service click on service you want to edit and new padding tab will open,than you will see"Menage".Or you can go Billing-->Service--->Menage.....you shoud find it under ACTIONS.
When it comes upgrade ,on same page you shoud see upgrade/downgrade .....

Well in this business lack of time is in 99.99% reason why something is not started or finished, sometimes more important things pop up and projects that devs started or promised goes on waiting list(free projects mostly).

Hi I had same issue and I just had conversation with support staff there and they say it is fixed,you need to uninstall and install it again,first go and download new fixed files.I can confirm I was able to configure both brick and paymentwall after I download new files.

I [unfortunately] read some of the comments from the thread that the OP linked, and I thought I was reading YouTube video comments. It contains the same typical troll-bashing behavior with an occassional reasonable comment sprinkled in every now and then. There were so many unreasonable and nonsensical arguments I had to close my browser window to prevent the stupidity from saturating my eyes.

You jump in to  one of the worst community out there(well at least when it cames to most members there),they are mostly bunch of teens without any respect for competition and if you browse few threads you will see this is not unusual at all  (once related to GVH(GreenValueHosty) are like spanish telenovelas.....just try to ignore them

Yes it works without issue,I have two active production servers and one test VPS with plesk 12.0.18 ,just chose  latest available plesk (it is 11.5) in module drop down menu and it will work without issues.

I started working on gateway with v2 API few days ago, I  finished reading docs and downloaded v2 API library and Blesta SDK,for now I'm in early stage and just installed gateway today(Thanks Paul for dev. licence ).Now it is only empty template you can install,uninstall and put your seler ID,key... but like I say I start two days ago. Now I'm starting to implement everything ,this gateway is intended for one of my customers but copyrights stay to me and I will share it for free.Note that this is not existing gateway update but completly new.

I have promised to release free plugins agains blesta do something in this subject . today i have released the first plugin . there are alot to come .

Just to know first time I paste form here I forget to put name="domain" in third input(placeholder) and since this woud became variable value once you submit form it will not work without it,in fact it will redirect you on blesta domain search form without query(this is just in case you copy form before I corect it).
Form is corected and now it is complete.

well it work for me,you need to add both packages to same group and when you create order form add that package group to order form and it shoud show on same order form,you can see here on my test order form two different exrensions from enom and namecheap https://nelsahost.com/blesta/order/config/preconfig/testvps
 
Also when creating order form in drop down menu you can chose type of the form and you have "general" on first and "domain and other" on second place ,so make sure that all steps are properly done.

We do our best to ensure that public betas don't have critical bugs, but it can happen. The whole point of a beta is to open things up so others can find issues we couldn't find and provide feedback so that we can make adjustments in functionality. We can't and won't recommend running a beta in production, but some people do it.
 
It's looking like we probably won't need a beta 6. Final release imminent (In by best robotic voice).
