  2. I have tested the module, works great. Just one thing that can be improved for future releases if there will be any. For a re-seller It's important to hide the source of the service for this case vultr.com But that is given out after application installation under "Service Information".
  3. That's not what's happening on my site. If a client has 0 tickets then widgets shows ok. But all clients with tickets the widget does not show at all
  4. Can you check "Tools > Logs" You can get useful information from the logs there
  5. Just noticed, The client side widget only shows If a client has no open tickets. But when there is an open ticket only the badge shows
  6. I would suggest Logicboxes, as currently there is a great plugin by @Blesta Addons (3rd party Dev)
  7. Possible bug We created a quote for a client, All was good. But on the client side accepting the quote creates an Profoma Invoice ok, but does not change the status of the quote to approved. Clicking accept again creates another invoice.
  8. Yah, I noticed that with the Reloaded Module. But It's supposed to work with the default module. Prior to using the LogicBoxes Reloaded we had to do it manually through Logic Boxes.
  9. Just as an addition, not only the whois has issues. Suspending a domain only suspends on Blesta's side and not Logic Boxes as well.

  14. Hello, I do understand that part, but look at the screenshot bellow. That is what a client sees when they have not setup the correct nameservers. Shouldn't that be just text?

  16. I'm using the default cpanel plugin and works ok with 2 servers. But one has connected ok but not showing Packages. When adding a package, Selecting that server shows empty on packages. But the API is added ok and I can connect to the server from blesta using API as well. What might be the issue for this scenario? Thanks

Regarding stability Blesta has been pretty stable for us, I can give it 9/10 It has it's own benefits flaws (lacking), But If I had to choose again I would still use Blesta over any other Billing system. Bugs or any issue that arise are usually solved fast, and never had a bug that affected us, I can say 9/10 here as well. Support Is great from what I have seen so far, I can't comment much here as I never had serious issues to solve. But whenever I had issues I got all the help I needed from this forum's community. Never had issues on upgrades No I can see Blesta as second most used Billing software, that's If they address the requested domain features fast enough Both Those are my personal views
