You should add the package_id=# field to your urls for your plans. That way when they select one on the main site it will have the proper one selected on the billing side.
Definitely! I didn't know how to do that, but I wanted to.

I'm really diggin' that design!
Very sexy for being open-source.
Thanks for the share! I might actually use it one day.

I like it mate, however the plans aren't nicely shown like sections or boxes or I'm too old haha. Other than that I think it's a really nice layout well done.
Yeah I was thinking about doing that, I'll try and see what happens.

So I've made good progress on my site and am now looking for some good criticism. Give me all you got!
Also note: It's completely responsive and 4K-ready

So if I was to click one of these links, or any of the sub-links, it takes me back to the billing portal:
This is after enabling the .htaccess, SSL, and changing the logo to go to a set link(however I don't think that could have a role in this).
Any thoughts?

Yes I get the logo too. go to the cache folder and delete the 1 folder see if that works.
Wow nevermind the whole problem was just me. I got too used to Coda2 automatically saving the file to the server that when I used it to open the file from FileZilla I forgot I had to say "yes" to replacing the file in FileZilla.
-
Looks nice, do you want to enter it?
Sure, why not.
-
Perhaps give us a link so we can see if it's just a caching issue on your end? (if you are comfortable with that).
Yeah sure it's http://billing.nitrohosting.org/ however I've tried on several computers of mine.

If you've upgraded from a previous version of Blesta you'll also have the "default" theme so make sure you're not changing the wrong file.
Nope, I'm new to Blesta so it's just the Bootstrap theme.
-
Are you using a caching software like opcache?
Not purposefully, just a clean install of Apache.
-
Try the above.
That is what I did.
Clear your browser's cache, or if in the admin area, clear the navigation cache by going to edit your staff group, and simply click to save the settings.
Did both, still nothing.
-
What are you editing?
First I changed the logo from an image to a simple <h3> for testing purposes, then the logo link. So far it's made no difference.

Le Structure.pdt /app/views/clients/bootstrap/structure.pdt. Blesta only encodes 3 files for license reasons.
Oh sweet! Thanks!
I tried making a change but it hasn't been applied. Should I restart the web server?
-
I was wondering if I could edit a PHP template so that my Blesta installation would use a text-based logo, for responsiveness reasons.
I know that Blesta uses IonCube to protect the source so I'm wondering if It's even possible.

The IP address should be shown in the Welcome Email when using the {service.solusvm_main_ip_address} tag. Here's a list of all available tags.
In Blesta, you can view this IP address as a client, or an admin, from the client dashboard page, under the list of services. Click the table row for that service and the Primary IP will be shown. Is this what you're looking for?
I'm not even getting the Welcome Email, only the New Service Activated email, but that may be due to the fact that I am manually activating the service since a 100% coupon still forces you to use a payment gateway.
The IP is shown there, however I feel like that is much too hidden for the average user to be able to easily find. Shouldn't it also go under the service information area?
Also, anything on not forcing a .com/etc. ending for hostnames?

So I'm using blesta with SolusVM, and so far the integration has been better than any other billing software I've used. However, the IP of the VPS is not shown anywhere! I even tried adding it to the email you get after purchasing and still no luck.
Is there a workaround for displaying the IP on the VPS control module?
Also, is there a way to stop Blesta from forcing the hostname to use a .com/.net/etc, ending to the hostname?

None of the system emails such as after a purchase is sending, and when I try to send a test client an email purposefully, it says that is not able to send an email.
Note: I want to use Mandrill(so SMTP) however that gives me the error, and when I use PHP mail instead is sends after 5 minutes.
Thoughts? Suggestions?

I played around with them on the homepage.
The huge issue with pictures is that since they are so large in size(compared to regular HTML pages and CSS sheets) they can really effect the load times for users with impossibly slow connections, and that it is even harder to make them work well with retina displays.
My other problem with them in this particular use is that for a hosting service it's hard to find actually relative pictures for the topic. Sure you can find a bunch of different stock photos of servers, but it kinda ends there.
That's why I decided to simply go with Font-Awesome glyph icons. They are already responsive and 4k-ready out of the box so it takes a lot of hassle out of the whole thing.
