Thanks for such a great plugin, just migrated over to it from tasty, however i did so via the database and although everything on the front end works absolutely brilliantly I can now only update packages via the database. It's not that big of an issue as I'm just happy to have a working plugin after tasty but just wondering if you came across this before when attempting to update a package.
edit: I've just tested it when creating a brand new package using the module and get the same result...

Have you heard of the saying "if it ain't broke don't fix it".... 1/2 people out of probably millions who use Blesta finds it a issue?
"if it ain't broke don't fix it" is how you end up like blackberry or nokia. something doesn't need to be broken to be improved upon and by the time it is broken it's usually too late. also you've got to remember that only a small percentage of the blesta user base are vocal. post after post you defend blesta's flaws. nobody is saying it's bad, we're here because we love it and want it to grow and become the market leader. that's not going to happen if the team rest on their laurels. =]
Please see CORE-1935. Thank you for the suggestion, this has come up several times and adding an icon indicating that the row can be expanded is a simple fix to alleviate some frustration. User experience +1

i think its a good ux improvement, just because its been a particular way for x years doesn't mean it shouldn't be improved upon. the user flow and ux in many areas of blesta needs working on to be honest. not a major overhaul, just subtle improvements here and there to stop people like skibum pulling out their hair

similar issue with cpanel plugins, i think blesta should convert to lower case

cpanel SSO no longer working on tasty cpanel module
clicking log into cpanel and log into webmail opens a new window which remains on the account details page.
however clicking log into phpmyadmin and log into file manager open a new window which thankfully logs in but only to the cpanel dashboard as opposed to phpmyadmin or the file manager.
was wondering if anyone has a fix for this? willing to pay if necessary..
will be great if blesta can intergrate the amazing features to core so we can have a supported module.

Cron was functioning perfectly fine for the past year using:

Literally the only thing that has changed is that i've updated from 3.5.1 to 3.5.3 which is why thats the only connection I'm making especially considering the last run time was so close to the upgrade. any advice on further diagnosing the issue?

Hi, system health was fine until last night when i updated my blesta install. I was confused why an order didn't get automatically approved. upon checking system health and then the cron status I discovered it last ran not long before i upgraded (this can't be a coincidence surely).
Any suggestions/solutions?
Note: I was able to run the cron manually.

I'd pay for the digital products module; much needed and would be an improvement to the downloads manager way of selling digital products. also looking forward to the new logic box reloaded. you're the man! =]

I'm with Chanx, i've been thinking this for months. All of the accounts I have in Google Authenticator have a label for their service and then username is a separate editable field. Blesta doesn't have a label it just has a username field. Yes the username field is editable but that's an unnecessary extra step in UX. It should just come with the label which should be the company name I think...

Hi Tyson, thanks for your help, you were right it was being output via html::safe and testing it on a different term works. However, the place in which I want to use it is in a developers module and I have a feeling it is being output from one of the encoded files. I suspect this because the language definition is used in multiple places which I've been able to find and change bar a couple. I've been in touch with him to confirm this is the case, so changing the term may not be a viable option.

I tried the following but it just output the above rather than a clickable link:

in your order form, have you selected "type": domain and other?
Yes, type is domain and other, Domain Package Group is set to the domain group and both the hosting and domains are added to the Package Groups...
Edit: i removed domains from the package group, i set this up a while a go when you had to put both in the group so guess i hadn't realised it had changed since then

Hi, how can i remove the domain packages from this page. Since domains need to be preconfigured it doesn't make sense for them to appear again here. Is there any way to remove them?

Looking at order/controllers/main.php I see it just pulls all groups for the order form, can some sort of conditional be applied to this perhaps?

if not you can use a package as addon for this .

Some people use different address. I live in England, but there's two states if you want. Warwickshire which covers everything, or West Midlands which provides our little area. My mum uses West Midlands, I use Warwickshire.
You are Warwikshire if you're talking counties, West Midlands if you're talking regions, at least thats the only instance i can see West Midlands being an accurate depiction of your location.
There's Regions and Provinces in Morocco according to the ISO. Just like we have: two-tier county and unitary authority, but in the UK we also have metropolitan district and district council area's all in ISO: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-2:GB

Including cities in the State/Province field doesn't make much sense if any at all. Plus as a Brummy I'd like to see West Midlands county in the list which is often missing from international software for some strange reason, but local software such as that which shall not be named have more accurate listings.
Localisation is the key here.

Hi as far as i know mailparse is installed. I have a support department which I setup a while back when i was first giving Blesta a spin and it is able to process email tickets just fine using IMAP (can't pipe due to CageFS). However when I try to add a new department with email handling i get the mailparse error. Any reason for this and is there a way to override the check because my assumption is that it is wrong due my having installed the PECL via WHM and the fact that the department I previously added works just fine.

If I remember correctly default cPanel does use cpanel_confirm_password, but it's not important as you discovered. I think it's used for password changes. I moved from tasty to extended in a similar way a couple days ago. Good thing about extended is it uses the same keys as default so if it does go tits up you'd only need to swap out module_row_id
