  1. I am confused, if you click on manage under the service that you created for a client you should be able to manually input data there. Such as but not limited to the username and password attributes.
  2. If you input the same info inside Blesta, it will just be like just updating Blesta. Since their information is already been set before.
  3. There no manual inputs that you can put? For Cpanel/WHM all I would has to do is click "manage" underneath each service and then apply the credentials there.
  4. True you can't force a business (or person) to do anything but it always good to remind.
  5. True but if a business cares about their customers they would go above and beyond their legal obligations. Even repaying via personal means if they has to. Just because they won't end up in court for it doesn't means they should not follow suit. Either provide target or pay them back, it's that simple.
  6. Even then, was a business donation. It's wasn't like donating to a cause. Aka he should still refund who all contributed for this as that was their expectations for doing so. Much like how you pre order a video game. If they don't deliver it then gamers want their money back right?
  7. Please refrain from stating my inputs as invalid to this request. As the OP said... That option does merges two or more invoices. Even if it not to your liking please do not accuse of being 100% irrelevant. Thank you.
  8. I am in for that, always assuring to know that something major such as that was actually processed.
  9. That option merges invoices if they are posted for the same day. My description was intended to show how I handle that to leverage that feature as much as possible.
  10. This "kinda exists" for services on the same day. What I tell my customers that any upgrades and such they want they would just would has to pay a prorated invoice that way they pay full price on their next term. 1. Easier on the customer and that they pay for what they are going to use 2. If they still want it then I don't need to process two or more payments per term. Cheaper and less processing on my end. So it's a win for both me and the customers.
  11. I sure hope so but the lack of any official ETA is not that reassuring...
  12. Thank you for the clarification regarding all of this.
  13. Definitely I can understand there may be a better solution to this. However I am confused on how customers are unable to reset their passwords on a regular basis. Sure I can get that on occasions that one may forget but if they are "forgetting" their emails on a regular basis there may be deeper "problem". For example if they use a non primary email (which may indicate that they are "hiding" or going to commit "questionable activities". ).
  14. While Blesta need to up their improvements this is actually not one of them. The reason why this is the case is because it's to "spoil" exploiters from breaching clients' accounts. If they "think" that their entry "worked" then they will be less likely to keep on trying. It's kinda like cities having empty police cars, plain and simple but tends to work.

I understand what's going on... Okay at the bottom of the order form you need to move the OTHER group into it and then it will show up on the same order form.
  16. Thanks you for everything but I think I will go a different direction. As I don't feel like this service just right for me. With that said I wish you and your business well.
  17. This looks to me like quite a deal that worth getting into. Good luck with sales!
  18. I just wanted to drop a message here that @timnboys had helped me all morning/afternoon being able to put this module in production in place of the Fraud Labs Pro. I will keep this updated when I start getting orders with this module and see how it "pans out".
  19. I just sent a PM to you with my installation's domain so we can move forward.
  20. That is correct and that is the amount that should happen for 36 clients for "just sign ups". 123 seems be rather high to me. That's a rate over 300% credits usage. I would think that at most 50% would be more "typical" . Why not... Just make it check upon successful actions? So when a client actually fills in the whole form? When an order is successfully paid for and similar actions? That way there is no "tripping" of incomplete forms and non payments?
  21. For me it not draining when nothing happening. But I don't have enough activity yet to say for certain. BUT according to the recent reply it seems to be ongoing problem. As well as the other entity I mentioned.
  22. Interesting and I can understand that... But we have the OP doing over 125 orders/month. I also know for a fact that @GosuHost one of the guys there says that their installation is doing the same thing too. I doubt with all of these repeated instances that it solely due to select clients needing to re submit payments/info.
  23. Well it just morning so I would expect them to reply to you in within a couple more hours at most.
  24. I think the license need to be re entered if you re install/change dir/the like so you should ask for a new one at sales as stated on the error message. For this to happen.
