  1. Are you sure that's the case @Paul ? The label on the Order System saying otherwise as there is no other modules involved for the anti fraud. It shipped with the stock's Order System Plugin.
  2. Absolutely Blesta is at this point even could cost you if your not careful. I will try to hold on but if I don't see improvements with this and that extra potential costs that this billing platform will eventually place for one of their integrations sorted out I too will has to consider other options.
  3. I can confirm that is happening on my end as well. @Paul and @Tyson given that it seems to occur to both us of this should be looked into. As this isn't even funny that it using an extra credit per order... My "theory" on this is that for some reason another report is made when the order is provisioned as it occurred again just seconds away from being 5 minutes...
  4. That should be similar but only with a dropdown and I think in Cpanel's case it "standard" or "reseller".
  5. That is only if you decides to use PHP for mailing. Which you should opt for SMTP at all costs instead.
  6. I don't blame you, especially for the requirements of payment gateways killed me. Certain ones like Stripe requires SAQ D compliance but none of that is stated on the Blesta module's requirements.
  7. You should be able to via the Cpanel Module as they do allow you to configure the module as either "reseller" or "standard". For each package you create in Blesta using that module.
  8. It's there but you may need to scroll down awhile to find it.
  9. There a module that literally called the "Universal Module". As the name implies if you know how to manage it you can make it do auto provisioning of customized orders and some other things.
  10. I know @GosuHost does this very well as they did well for my integration https://www.humanehosting.com . They can of course offer the more basic header and footer one your after.
  11. Yes that is correct both sign ups and orders. So that that every purchase they make on my site are screened thus there are no "loop holes" in that regards. But one has to understand that these tools only LIMIT illegal activities as it impossible to get 100% of your orders to be "genuine".
  12. I haven't at least this time. Every purchase (because I have it configured to do this like that) it only uses one credit each.
  13. This is very strange as I am running a VPS just fine. As BlestaAddons said make sure that the packages actually exists in WHM and if you haven't done it for any be sure that your using tokens instead of the hashing.
  14. Double that for me check out his works with my site and the customization to the stock's domain module. https://humanehosting.com (he did some work at the top but the footer is where he did most of the work) And the domain part... https://humanehosting.com/order/config/preconfig/domains He did all of this at a very much affordable price even for my budget.
  15. Unless you customized the stock's gateway module It is just not all of it. Last 4, expiration date, and card types are all stored by Blesta. So you better be PCI compliance SAQ D as per details on Stripe's docs. Or discontinue and destroy these records ASAP!
  16. Personally having it ticked "on" by default is kinda not trustworthy to me. Not everyone wants their data stored on your server (and for good reasons). If I went to a company that does insist on this or forces this then I wouldn't be willing to do business with said business. It like forcing Paypal subscriptions.
  17. That is awkward. But in the meantime if that all it is I would just try to manually change those only two back.
  18. But if happening daily for you and it has to be reissued there a problem somewhere or somehow.
  19. Err that not too good, I gotten the license re validated once and they said that normal as long as it validated successfully. But so far no drops for now that is...
  20. Glad to see that your got your priorities in order.
  21. Trust me your not the only one. One time I forgot that every single directory was pointed at /home2 instead of /home ...
