  1. Linux Mint 18.2 and Vivaldi with Abode Flash Player installed. That's when I scroll down and for scrolling up... I cannot go "in between" as it "forcefully" making me scroll in between these two spots.
  2. It's not like the website won't show up at all but the scrolling is acting up on me causing me not being able to submit a ticket. So it won't be like "graceful" for me to scroll up and down to where I need to go. Instead it will take me too far down or up respectfully.
  3. Glad to see you guys keep on putting out new updates and features to extend blesta! However your website is causing me problems, and I cannot put in a ticket because of such. How can I get this issue properly addressed to you guys so I will be able to access your website properly with that all said?
  4. Looks like it was me mistakenly mixing plugins between one another.
  5. Hello, I tried installing this thing and it won't work right with 4.12 on my end. I had even tried disabling the "stock" plugin then re enabling the plugin. I am confused on why it won't works.
  6. You are always welcomed! Let us know if your needing anything else and good luck with your business!
  7. Your always welcomed! There are two different gateway types... NonMerchant and Merchants. The first one will NOT store your clients' CC data while the latter WILL. So if the gateway your using is nonmerchant then you are correct.
  8. Just make sure you disable credit/debit accounts on your Blesta install and you should be all good to not be storing data you don't wish to. As for the security questions that you clients may ask for this. Just explains to them that your using that proccessor and explain what they do to protect their data. Then seal the bolts with standard SSL transmission protection.
  9. Thank you everyone for the feed backs so far. Feel free to add some additional recommendations and such.
  10. Another member from another community had said similar things and gave me some ideas on what details I was missing. I had added such to both https://humanehosting.com/plans.html and also the plans selection page.
  11. I see so the usual ordering URL then that the end correct?
  12. Thank you for your reply! I see so like merge the plans page into the home page? Instead of providing it own dedicated page? Regarding adding more details to the website hosting, what details should I look on adding there? I been looking at adding Cloudlinux's specs but I am not quite sure how to promote those without being misleading/misunderstanding. Would it be wise to say that they are "shared xyz" for each spec? Or what should I be looking at? What should I look onto adding to adding the footer? Some had suggested addressing but currently I do not own space dedicated for this.
  13. I just updated the color scheming as much as I can with the builder. Let me know if it looks better than the red and green I used to have. (reload and/or clear cache if you don't see the updated colors).
  14. I see, thank you for clarify that for me. I will get cracking on that. So I can give this site a different "coat of paint".
  15. I see, thanks for the ideas however I am not sure how to view what the resulting colors would looks like on a website. As it just provides me a "row" of colors but no actual previews that I can refer to.
  16. I see, what sort of things could of be use on the home page beside adding a logo to the website? That I could do until it more reasonable to go after a firm for a "better" website?
  17. I see, thank you for bringing us to this attention. It does clarifies that either the OP was confused at the time of filing of the ticket. Or was attempting to worm out a CMS license... @OP the next time you deal with support, please try to refer to the product/service as precisely as possible. If you were to mentioned something along the lines of Blesta or even just "my billing system" in there instead of "CMS" it's probably wouldn't been resolved MUCH quicker.
  18. Hello there Blesta community! I will leave my website so I can gather feed backs for it! My website is https://humanehosting.com Feel free to report any bugs/not properly operating things as well. Looking forward to your valuable feed backs and thanks in advance!
  19. I see so basically what happened that his license failed to be migrated, then Mike on the ticket asked if it was his BlestaCMS license, and instead of replying back to the ticket the customer spilled out the complaint here?
  20. What's the problem here?? Did they suspend your Blesta license and they are saying that you don't have a BlestaCMS license??
  21. Any providers whose does not do this properly are garbage or simply "winging" their shared setups. Instead of blaming Blesta blame the incompetence providers whose don't enable it for you.
  22. Ethics should always get "first" even when your risk is at stake. For example if your having an absurd amount of "bad" orders it not because it ALWAYS from country xyz. But rather your poor anti fraud filtering means. Not because that country is responsible for it but rather it YOURS responsibly. As other says a country filter is just a "speed bump" if someone want to ruin your business/rep they WILL. However losing legitimate orders is WAY easier than adding so many "speed bumps". At the end of the day it your business responsibly to use NON discriminating means to filter out fraudulent orders not countries.
  23. I believe they said it was in was in the making and would be out with the new release or something of that effect.
  24. Agrees, if your blocking countries then you might as well as block people based on their hair and eyes... The OP should understand that discrimination isn't cool.
  25. With @Licensecart's help here how you ensure that your WHM will auto provision... go to: yourblestainstalldir/components/modules/cpanel/cpanel.php Using the TEXT editor (not the "screw you up" coding editor) Then get to: private function generatePassword($min_length = 10, $max_length = 14) { $pool = 'abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz0123456789!@#$%^&*()'; $pool_size = strlen($pool); $length = mt_rand(max($min_length, 5), min($max_length, 14)); $password = ''; for ($i=0; $i<$length; $i++) { $password .= substr($pool, mt_rand(0, $pool_size-1), 1); } return $password; } In the bold text areas is where you want to kick up the values. My provider recommends for uninterrupted run a min. of 16 characters should cut the mustard every single time. Insane? Yes but it's works! Beside it will mitigate the claims of "your system's password caused my account to be hacked!'. Being able to prove to such any rude clients like that CHANGING the passwords REGULARLY is a requirement!
