  1. I understand, thank you for providing an estimated date of the release.
  2. Are there any plans when it expected to be rolled out at this moment in time? Or is it cannot be determined yet?
  3. That what I thought... It is frustrating that I cannot get my Blesta to do what it meant to do automate...
  4. I got pass that, it was when it did NOTHING when the cron ran. aka didn't provision the order.
  5. Indeed it just doesn't works with it... No errors or anything either.
  6. Works for me! So a few questions before I plug her in... Does this module fully support WHM reseller accounts (no root access)? Just like the stock does? How do go about implementing this to replace the stock module's services and packages? So the existing clients will be able to manage the service using this module. As well as any additional orders will be provisioned by this module. Thank you very much in advance.
  7. Hello, Does this module addresses the issue with the stock's Cpanel module issue of generating too weak of passwords that won't meet the 65+ score requirement? I had an order failed late yesterday night and would hate to have to my customers waiting when they shouldn't be...
  8. Hello, My provider have "strong" passwords on and I am confused on how to ensure none of my orders that I get fails. Even though I read this thread I still have no idea what I need to do...
  9. Awesome, I will be contacting you guys shortly.
  10. Hello, I am seeking for recommendations regarding people/companies who I could go after for customized Blesta works. In particular I am seeking someone to enhance the shipped Cpanel module/make us a new customized one. Thank you in advance.
  11. I got to say I was at quite a garbage provider. When they mentioned that Mailparse didn't "exists" on PHP 5.6 and them saying Blesta 4 was still in BETA that they got serious issues... So when I requested the new one to move my reseller account and fix everything up they did. At least now I am "armed" with better marketing due to their machine being so much cooler AND them allowing more stuffs.
  12. Ahh I see, thank you very much for your prompt reply regarding this. Glad it shouldn't be long before it comes online again. As I was worried that I would not be able to reissue my Blesta license tomorrow as we are undergoing a migration to get better servicing in the end (at least that the goal).
  13. Hello, I do not understand at all what's up but I cannot access their website nor log into my account, or even has my password reset. Anyone else running into this problem?
  14. That what I am confused on as well... It is really driving me nuts considering all I want to do is attach an auto closing response.
  15. I am sorry but I am confused... If piping is already working as it should then PHP shouldn't be the problem right? The host also informed me and configured it for their respected PHP path. Just like if you could drive your car your not going to blame it on not having gas in it right?
  16. Hello, I do not understand why Blesta is complaining like this when piping is already working when just trying to attach a auto close reply to the department... A screenshot of the error is attached to this OP. Thank you in advance. blestaweirdness.xcf
  17. If this can works like.. 200%, 300%, 455%, and other values above 100% as well then I am in.
  18. While your at it you may as well make the import to 2.0 for being able to dedicate disk space limiting while your at it.
  19. Thanks you for the information, so I guess I have to delegate options for each and every package to make it work as it not just "add" on top of the packages existing memory limits. With 4 packages it shouldn't be too hard to get over though.
  20. Why not just use "Awaiting Reply" for updates from the customer? You should never purposely put an issue on "idle" anyways to be honest.
  21. Indeed you can't go wrong with this community at all.
  22. Got what your saying in regards in ensuring they are enabled on the NIC itself. I will have my admin do this tonight. Thanks you very much both for filling me in here. Also while I am at it how does the memory works? Does it add on top of the packages or just over ride the value altogether? Example someone orders a 1GB server how would we make them be able to add 1GB? By setting the option to 1024MB? Or By setting the option to 2048MB?
  23. Okay from the concerned section.. "You can add dedicated IP addresses here (optional), just fill out the following Daemon ID - The Daemon ID for your multicraft server this IP is attached to. IP Address - The dedicated IP address available to this Daemon ID. In Use - Select No if the IP is not currently in use, Yes if it is. As IP's are pulled from this pool, they will be marked as in use." Say that I have 3 IPs that are.. 158.155.66 158.155.68 158.155.70 which if 158.155.66 were the IP configured to the daemon. Would I be able to add 158.155.68 and 158.155.70 even though they are not the daemon IPs and mark them as not in use to have two IPs as "ready to use" Dedicated IPs?
  24. Hi, Multicraft said that Blesta is responsible for this module. With that said could anyone please let me know how we would set it up so multiple IPs can be "queued" and automatically be "pulled" whenever one orders a dedicated IP? We already have the main set as the shared IP, we just need our other IPs within our range to be "ready for use". Thanks you in advance.
