Ahh I see what you meant now absolutely. That how one of them did much work on a site and beside minor errors it was "ready" and thus he said he would be fixing it while I make the payment. Then 30 minutes after I made said payment I got the files and there was like 2 "odd balls" and he gave it the final "whack" it needed.  
 

I sure hope so but the lack of any official ETA is not that reassuring...

Hello to all
Just one more week to release the update to Support Manager Pro
After the update I will add the option to be able to migrate to "Support Manager", and also an option to migrate from "Support Manager" to "Support Manager Pro" so in the future for blesta clients be able to continue using the oficial Plugin witout loosing most of the data (maybe only loosing custum fields and service id relation).

Alpha 3 update 4. I will work on the forum threads add feature next and the comments but this is what we have at the current moment in time. I will update this post today after the update so I don't spam the thread too much but this is so the people following it can keep up-to date on the progress and our dedication :).

Very true and thank you for your support mate. But Blesta's core is securer than VBulletin which had a bad exploit before. so we're building on top of that secure(r) core and we'll have it tested soon for anything which may happen and even if I can afford it get Rack911Labs to check it but the code will be open minus what we need for licensing purposes like the CMS. We'll also have an open-source license which doesn't include licensing.

I do hope one day that there will be a XenForo and IPB bridge soon but this will have a much better connection with Blesta's clients. so if you want to limit forums to certain client groups / products this plugin will be able to do it one-day .

Finally got the threads viewing and the forum looks cool at the moment, just need to do the forms to add threads and make a comment section, as-well as the User information instead of the user's id at the moment

My tip would be to try and get yourself everywhere including forums, blogs and social media, the more the better.
For long term results i'd get an SEO company that can get you into the first page on Google for your chosen keywords.
Start a blog on your website also discussing Web Hosting topics to get more potential views/customers coming to your website.
Check out whtop.com and hostadvice.com as a couple of examples where you can generate some traffic from them depending on your prices.

It would really depend on your type of business I would think.  I wouldn't put down the social media through just because you can't put out content daily doesn't mean it won't be of help for you still.
Just post things relevant to the industry you are in, for example at times I just share NZ police posts regarding cyber safety.

Strange this issue, we have already some new users this week and some of them has make the payments, if thier are some loop i don't think they can subscribe and pay . but any way we will look to see what is the issue .

What about whmcs module to sell blesta product ?

Cpanel module that allowed additional automated options such as extra disk space and bandwidth would be nice. With WHM tokens I wonder if this can be a "thing" now?
