There is no reference to the name servers on the creation of the domain, even though I enter them on the service.

I've been playing with the namecheap module and a sandbox account. I've managed to get Blesta to create me some domains, however, Namecheap is ignoring the name server settings that the module asks me for. This is because the domain is created using default DNS servers and needs to be set as custom. The API call to do this is setCustom https://www.namecheap.com/support/api/methods/domains-dns/set-custom.aspx It would be good to either have an option to set custom name servers or if the name servers are entered into the module then call setcustom At the moment I am entering name server details as the module is asking me for them, but they are being ignored. OK I can set them once the domain becomes a service via the Manage option, so the Module obviously calls setCustom but I think this should also be called on registration of the domain name. I've been looking for a dark theme, i like the look of this, but I can't seem to install it. I'm running 3.2.2. I go to settings -> Look and Feel. Click add theme, ensure Import a theme is selected and click choose file then click create theme and I get an error asking me to enter a theme name and valid 6 character hex code for each color. I would love this theme.

Sure, the order form is <FIXED NOW> Try search for something on desktop, then use the mobile device to search for same, says unavailable for everything.

I have the LogicBoxes Module installed to connect to resell.biz for domain names, it all works nice on desktop but today I tried from my mobile as I wanted to show someone and every domain came back as unavailable. Even aghahdahdqq.com for instance. I can try the desktop version and find a domain that is available, but immediately on mobile it is unavailable. I am using Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and Chrome Browser to render. I even tried show desktop version but it didn't change the view so I think Blesta renders as mobile regardless of setting. Blesta version installed, 3.2.2 LogicBoxes version installed, 2.1.1

Sorry, I googled blesta tutorials not blesta videos. Anyway, I did like Blesta just couldn't cope with not knowing what I was doing and the lack of tutorials and/or videos. Typical you point me to the videos after I'd uninstalled Blesta. Well I re-installed and got a lot further now. I am persevering some more with it now and getting a lot further. I know you don't work for Blesta, but you may have just earned them another purchase in 25 days time. Lets see how far I get. Thanks for your help.

From the blesta website, I click Help, I choose Video tutorials and I get http://tutorials.blesta.com/ With 2 videos. So No, I hadn't heard of http://videos.blesta.com/ I'm not a mind reader. In fact, I would love you to tell me how you got there without knowing the link.

Sorry, I've given Blesta a try and am now uninstalling it. Just google blesta tutorials, you get a link to 2 videos, great if you want to learn how to upgrade or install the product. Well installation was easy as I used Softaculous, so thats the end of the tutorials as far as I'm concerned. I google whmcs tutorials and they have about 30. They dont offer a trial but they do offer a money back if I'm not satisfied, so time to try them I suppose. Goodbye Blesta, I had high hopes for you but at this rate my trial will have expired before I even get the thing configured.

OK Got paypal working, turns out the sandbox account gets created with -facilitator in the email, so it was myemail-facilitator@mydomain and I only had myemail@mydomain in there. Works well. Just struggling with the namecheap integration now.

I am using sandbox for namecheap for now, it gives you £9000 to spend. Anyone can set it up for free. I have ticked the sandbox option in the namecheap blesta module. Can't try paypal at the moment, I get a Service Temporarily Unavailable message. Maintenance or capacity problems.

I am using namecheap and getting errors with the module, I checked the log and posted the request to namecheap who tried it for me and said the issue is with Blesta as the request worked ok when they tried it directly. Issue with paypal is I can appear to pay but it doesn't mark the invoice as paid within Blesta. It appears that I have put a lot of effort in with Blesta and got nowhere at all.
