  1. Personally, and for quite a few people looking through WHT and here etc. it would mainly be: Domain Manager - Needs work, would love to see a revamp in a not-to-distant release of Blesta Other notable considerations Stripe - Fully utilising stripe.js Mass Mail Affiliate System
  2. Hey Blesta! I've been doing a little digging, please correct me if I'm wrong. As I understand you're only really partially supporting Stripe? For example, I found this comment on a competitors forum: "With Blesta, Stripe does not do remote tokenization, the information first goes through your server which creates an security alert on your stripe security (saying that you are not compliant and should fix it). Not sure on the details, but point is, Blesta's Stripe module is not fully supporting stripe, just partially, which means you need PCI-DSS compliance to use it (which defeats the purpose)." I'm a person that's still weighing up pros and cons of billing software, so would be great if you're able to provide comment on the following and if true, when you plan on offering full support? Many thanks.
  3. Hi, I'm strugglign to nail down a working demo of Blestas' 'domain search' feature.... All I'm trying to establish is that, does the domain search simpley rely on the user having to add the domain suffix e.g. .com ? Or does it work out-of-the-box by just entering a word e.g. fingerpoppin and then it would list all the domains under this? finderpoppin.com (available) fingerpoppin.net (taken) fingerpoppin.agency (available) etc etc.
  4. Sure, appreciate that, I've been looking through the Changelogs etc. I just felt since over a year ago, these things where being 'spec'd' up that after a year, they'd be implemented. Thank you; Yes, personally, I'd love to see those. I made comments/suggestions for features for these when I first came to these boards, felt they would have been options people would need (nothing too crazy, just small-scale suggestions with good functionality). I recall, that how Blesta handles the setup of domain names etc. could do with a revamp, how are things sitting with this these days? Great that MM is coming in 4.0, a timescale for affiliate would be great also. Cheers.
  5. Hi, I havn't been on Blesta in a while and thought I revisit to see what new features have been added ect. I must say, I'm rather underwhelmed. Back in August 2014 or around that time, there was talks of a Mass mailing tool with various options, and affiliate system being spec'd up etc..... but I can't see anything of these now. How are things going?
  6. Hey Happy New Year to you all btw. I'm leaning towards a very simple user registration approach for my site/Blesta setup e.g. "Enter your email address to get started" (+ a standard confirmation email) - So they can register as simply as that - then upon their next login we ask them for further details e.g. "Please complete the following fields to complete your profile..." Why? - Data capture, and getting people through the front door quicker so we can then market to them potential (via the Mass Mailer which is coming) and also increasing the likely hood of purchasing from us. Is such a feature currently present to do this? Or another way of looking at it is: Putting a user through the purchasing process, I want as little as info as possible presented to them, as to not distract them/or disade them from purchasing... So if paying via PayPal - We could get the address etc from that right? (Appreciate CC etc will need billing info for fraud checks etc.) - and that's fine. But if using PayPal, all we'd need is: Name: Email: Total: $15.99 [pay now with paypal] Then once purchased, any further details we need, they are then prompted to enter before they can get int their account e.g. /clients/ Thank you for registering, before you can access your account, please provide the following information: Alternative email: Telephone: etc etc... Just a thought anyway, before I go specing up the pages I wanted to see what would be possible or if this is something you think you could incorporate?
  7. Just wanted to add, that if you could incorporate a 'Days to auto-approve sale' option? This would be an manual entry box which allows the admin to set this in-line with their money-back guarantee policy or similar. - e.g. "Auto approve sales after [ x ] days" (If customer is still active as using package they signed up for) Note: That as an admin, we wouldn't want to be paying extra commissions if said customer signed up for additional products under same account, unless they did use an affiliate based link or still valid under the cookie tracking, just a side thought. Tracking expiration would also need to have a configuration option to, be it, 1 day, 7, days etc and also consider if they are a repeat visitor or customer and whether to pay commission on these criteria. e.g. Apply for new sign-ups only or new visitors only.
  8. Hi, I suggested something similar recently, where we should have configurable options: http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/3159-customer-targetting/
  9. Thanks for getting back, what if my server has only 1 domain e.g. myhostingcompany.com - Also the whole of the server email is handled by Exchange now, due to the MX record change. Unless you can break down your example a bit more so I can follow.
  10. Hi, My email server isn't handled locally and is now managed by an external source e.g. Microsoft Office 365 (exchange accounts). Previously, email piping worked fine normally when mail is handled on the local server, but now, this is out of my control, so I was wondering how do you get the piping system to work, it's a fairly common setup, so hoping someone can point me in the right direction/provide a solution please. Someone sends an email to support@mydomain.com > It now needs to get sent to the Blesta support system...Hmmmmm?? Thanks,
  11. Thanks for your response, I'd rather not reinstall. I've gone ahead and emptied the following from the DB via PHPMyAdmin: support_attachments (and deleted files off the server) support_replies support_tickets Seems to have done the trick
  12. Hi, Is there an option to delete support tickets completely? I've been running a few tests and have racked up a few useless tickets, I'd like to have a clean slate when the website launches. If it's not a native function (I don't want to use 3rd party scripts) - What would I be looking to delete from phpMyAdmin without leaving any ghosts behind? Thanks
  13. Thanks Paul, looks like that would work, appreciated.
  14. Hi, Thank you. OK, we've got some progress here, I changed the /tmp/ location, as a test and people can now email attachments and they appear within the support centre, great!.... Which leaves 1 outstanding issue... When replying to a ticket from within the system as a staff member and adding an attachment, that attchment still does not get attached to email notifcations to clients: ...................... Attachment: test.jpg - Thanks for your email, I've now provided SSH access to your account, I've attached a form you'll need to sign ...................... Email received by client would just be, the following, e.g. no attachment: ...................... - Thanks for your email, I've now provided SSH access to your account, I've attached a form you'll need to sign. ......................
  15. Hi, Attachements are being uploaded fine and can see files uploaded by staff from the Support System in "uploads/1/support_manager_files". My problem seems to be: 1. Attachements sent via phone/email aren't being added to the ticketing system within the response + get an erranous email (even though text version was sent successfully) 2. Attachments from staff replies from the system are not being attached to emails notifications to the client.
