  1. Are you talking about domain extensions? Or you have a list of domain names you don't want? I don't remember seeing a disallowed domains list.
  2. Blesta is hosted on the same server Quick info about my Logs: Input - Blesta is sending data over to Plesk (adding customer information) - It's not kicking out here Output - Blesta is receiving Status of OK and ID of 36 Input - Adding Webspace (setup hosting account) ok kicks out, doesn't update Blesta - but the account is in Plesk and working So the reasons could be: 1. Blesta is on the same server it's provisioning Nelsa is having a problem and he has 3 Plesk servers, none of them work with provisioning (blesta installed on BSD) 2. Plesk is kicking out the session or restarting the webserver? If so then shouldn't it kick out when it creates a client? There really has to be something else that's wrong, I will try to I really don't want to get a VPS account just for Blesta and then it doesn't work and I can't use it for clients.
  3. Nelsa is having a problem not seeing the service plans in Plesk or rather Blesta is not seeing them. times out rehaital above is having a problem with interworx, timeout issue I got farther than that, but I cannot get it to respond back to Blesta, creates in Plesk but then crashes (timeout) Also the subscription ID doesn't seem to be working either, I am responding to another post that is having a similar issue.
  4. You added a service to a customer, but you didn't 'Provision using the Plesk module' ? Then you went back to the customer and tried to provision the Plesk account? I'm guessing as the screen shot shows the 'statistics' There are several people having an issue with Plesk, I started a forum post already. Try setting up a client and provisioning Plesk first (Add Service) Select a package > continue Then check mark the 'Provision using the Plesk module and >continue and see what happens.
  5. Okay, I'm going to do a nuke and pave (delete the account and reinstall from scratch) Going to use 3.3 for a test I will let you know what happens. Anyone with any other ideas?
  6. I tried increasing the max limits, but alas it is still causing an issue, logs show only 8 seconds, but it is still timing out. Is there something in Blesta I can change to allow for an increased time for connections? Nelsa, did you have any luck so far? I have Blesta installed on Plesk and my clients on Plesk. What version are you running? Did you upgrade or do a fresh install?
  7. I was wondering if anyone else has any ideas to try, still having the same issue with the Plesk. It's adding the plan in Plesk, but won't add it to Blesta Should I reinstall?
  8. I put in some more plans setup in plesk, added support dept users, update the 'uploads directory' made it writeable, added more plans in blesta so maybe I need to add invoices first then packages for a client? I just added a separate client - one with all the contact info filled out and no luck, same thing happening. About 8 seconds and Blesta crashes. I did set the PHP using Plesk and not by setting the PHP config file (think that's what it's called) Using the latest version of Blesta, no issues with install, running on VPS with about 8 clients on it. Removed all but 1 of the Plesk stock plans. I am using a sub domain: my.domain.com, DNS entry is pointing to the IP address of the VPS, Domain is added to my ISP's DNS domain is pointing to another IP, my main website is sitting on a Windows server. Thanks for all the replies so far.. hoping there's something I missed or need to do. By the way, I'm not a Linux person, but can google how to's if need be..
  9. I set the PHP: max_execution_time = 45 rebooted the VPS and just for kicks, when the 'connection was reset' I tried resending the data. It does look it up and gives the following: 1007 Client with login name 'abcre' already exists.
  10. I've been trying different things and cannot get this to work. It looks liek it's trying to send data back from Plesk to Blesta and Plesk can't see it? Arghhh.. sorry, just very frustrating
  11. Okay, made a new plan in Plesk and Blesta Same thing, it provisions the service in Plesk, but does not add the service in Blesta, says 'Problem loading page' I am also getting the email confirmation at my gmail account: "A new customer account has been created." Blesta and the client are both on the same exact server. anyone have any suggestions?
  12. Ah I have an 'unlimited plan' that was there by default. Was upgraded from version 9 I will add some new plans and see what happens and let you all know
  13. Nelsa, Looks like you have something missing? i think the screenshot you had was of the Packages section? I can see that it's not showing the packages as the image above is mine which shows, I'm using 11.5.3 After the first INPUT, you should have an OUTPUT I have the same exact input, but i do get an output but then it times out Are there instructions or a how to on setting this up with Plesk? I think mine is almost working but not sure if needs to have Plans in Plesk as well? Do they need to line up with the names? In Blesta there is a Gold Package and Plesk has a Gold Package worded exactly the same?
  14. Okay, I found another post: This may be caused by 1.Invalid Plesk credentials set in Blesta - It has the right credentials 2.No plans exist in Plesk 3.The Plesk API is not setup through your account to allow communication with Blesta It does have plans in Plesk (it did provision something, although not hosting and FTP) Showed in the logs: 1. Input - added customer information - and password 2. output ok 3. Input webspace added API - not sure how to do this, searched the interwebs and can't find anything.
