  1. Picking a fight with a prospective customer is not the way to gain business I've found. Sounds like if this is the type of communication that Blesta promotes via it's moderation team/distributors, I see that I'm unwelcome here.

     

    Too bad, Blesta looks like a great product, however I'm all about customer service and communication and I've never had a problem with the service or communication given from WHMCS.

     

    I'm sure it won't really matter to you guys though since I'm only 1 of many customers, but you've lost one here.

  2. It's no longer private. Really wish we could have had this one done a long time ago, just not enough demand compared to other features, unfortunately.

     

    Thats too bad. I know of companies that would switch (including myself) should this have been implemented. Unfortunately you won't see much demand for it until its actually implemented. Its not really something we can purchase, then wait for the development to be done later. We have 3,000+ streaming clients, so that would be a lot of extra staff needed to just watch and create orders manually.
