  1. Hi there, I was trying to add a few things to the download manager but hosted off-server, It would be great if we could allow remote links inside of the download manager rather than having to host them on the server. Thanks! -Josh
  2. Perfect! All fixed! Seems it was just a cache issue! Apologies for raising false alarms! Might be worth leaving this up incase anyone encounters the same issue from lack of knowledge! Just need to know about the bootstap folder! Also, one other thing. How do I go around linking it to my portal page? (I know How to link it, but what should I put in replacement for this; Portal Homepage: {% if plugins.knowledgebase %}<div class="col-md-4 col-sm-6 portal-box"> <a href="{client_url}plugin/knowledgebase/"> <div class="well"> <i class="fa fa-newspaper-o fa-4x"></i> <h4>Knowledgebase</h4> <p>Knowledgebase</p> </div> </a> </div>{% endif %} Looking forward to your reply! Kind Regards, -Josh
  3. Hi there, Do you mean the browser's cache? Thanks, just done that. I'm now able to use the top links, however now the "knowledgebase" on the Tools dropdown is missing? Also, has there been any major updates in the "/app/views/client/bootstrap/" folder? I did some heavy style modification inside of there and need to know what I need to change to save me having to do it again! haha! Looking forward to your reply, Kind Regards, -Josh
  4. Describe the issue you're experiencing. Clicking on all of the topbar links will send me straight to the publc_html root of my website, then clicking "Return to Staff Portal" sends me to /admin/client Provide detailed steps necessary to reproduce the issue. As Above. List any generated errors. (The "Oh Noes" error pages are very helpful.) None that I have received! Include the URL the error occurred on, relative to the installation path, ie "/admin/login". Any of the topbar links inside the staff portal e.g. Home, Clients, Billing, Packages, Tools, Support and any of their dropdowns. Other links (My Info, Settings, Logout) still work fine. Attach screenshots. Not really worth attatching a screenshot! Include your configuration settings, i.e. OS, version of Blesta, version of module/gateway/plugin if applicable, version of PHP & MySQL. OS: CentOS 6.6 Blesta: 3.4 (Just upgraded from 3.2.2) - (3.4.0-b2.zip) Support Plugin: ver 2.7.0 PHP Version: 5.4.33 MySQL Version: 5.5.40-cll Additional notes: Might be helpful to know that I wasn't asked to upgrade the support plugin after going to /admin/upgrade. Not sure if this makes a difference, however the knowledge base is an addon to the support panel!
  5. Ahh! Doesn't help that i'm ill either! Fantastic! I thought it was going to be a case of a good few months!! Not sure how I missed that one either. I'm blaming it on being ill fully! Thanks for your support. You're welcome to close this topic if you'd like as all my questions have been answered! Thanks again!
  6. Hi Licensecart! Thank you very much for your quick reply!! Fixed the support, no idea how the hell I missed that!! Do you have a rough estimate when the 3.4.0 Beta is coming out? (Is it a matter of weeks or months?) Is there documentation / a guide for the portal? I'm not entirely sure what i'm doing in there if I'm perfectly honest!! No idea how I missed that one too! Thank you very much for your reply. Amazingly helpful! Looking forward to your reply, Kind Regards, -Josh
  7. Hi there, I should be moving over to Blesta from BoxBilling soon and I have a few questions whilst i'm setting it up. I'm currently using the latest Blesta 3.3.2 and I am also using the Portal front end. Guest support; the client needs to login to be able to access the support addon on the portal. It doesn't give a register option either. Is there anyway that I can open up a few departments in the support to allow guest support? Knowledgebase; I have installed this addon, which I found on the forum and downloaded from github. Version 1.1.0 however when I try to link it to the portal, I get a 404 Error. This is the link i'm using: <a href="{client_url}plugin/knowledgebase/"> which seems to be the way it works for all of the others? I believe i've just got the link wrong.. Static Pages; Is there a way to create a static page inside of Blesta which will display essentially like any other page? I'm trying to create a few legal documents pages, however I don't really want them just on blank HTML pages as.. Well, it doesn't look fantastic! I'm also unable to locate the register page for clients... Not entirely sure if this is due to me being logged in as an admin, or I may of somehow switched it off in the admin panel by accident, however some support to display it on the portal would be great. Looking forward to your replies, Kind Regards, -Josh
