    You can't cancel it yet leave it active. The customer would have to be charged $9.90/m or you'd have to cancel it and have the customer setup a new subscription when the time is due for the correct amount.
    If Blesta implemented billing agreements, this wouldn't be a problem:

    LicensePal is another alternative you can use. I have been using them for years actually and also provide Blesta licenses. I am actually about to switch my WHMCS to Blesta as I am tired of its cluttered and unfriendly UI.

    Yup! Found them a few hours ago. Thanks a lot Jono. I am actually translating this whole thing, fixing some and adding missing translations phrases to release a full Spanish pack later on.

    Looking forward to Blesta affiliate system. Unfortunately we do not yet make enough money to consider iDevAffiliate worth the cost, but we do definitely work with 2 - 3 providers who refer most of our local clients and would be great to offer them a fully automatic platform. I am actually trying to negotiate this right now and with WHMCS we did have it integrated already.
    Hopefully this comes sooner than later.

    I have marked it as planned. Also, CORE-1091. Domain manager is a higher priority, but this one is getting up there also.

    Hi there everyone,
    I would like to deeply apologies for the inconvenience I've caused. I don't lie to our customers nor wanted this to happen. I didn't listen to Callum when I started out and I created a black hole with InterWorx (sales dropped minus free licenses) even though I paid for the un-used licenses hoping a few orders would come in, never happened. I somehow mucked up SolusVM where we  were paying out more than we had coming in, and then that went to the debt collectors. So to pay off SolusVM I went and took a full time job.
    Callum broke his wrist in a bike accident he's recovering slowly so he couldn't help on the tickets, Matthew has been busy with his university work so hasn't had time either.

    Then I ended up working to much and not being able to log into pay the invoices for Cloudlinux, Softaculous which was done when I could after I found out they were suspended.

    About the future of Licensecart that will be announced soon. I do again apologies for the inconvenience and understand if you don't trust me, hate me or want to kick my head in.

    Kind regards,
    Mike

    Your description is mostly accurate.  The one correction is that a client user that is logged in can still use the language selector.
    Hmm, I see your point, but the configuration value and the client setting are not the same.  So if a user's language is set to English, but they use the language selector to change the language to Spanish, which should be used in the examples you gave.  I would still say the actual client setting as opposed to what was being used by the language selector.
    **Note:  If your system is configured such that a client may change their language, the language selector will change the client setting and the two will always be the same.  If a contact user uses the language selector it will not change the setting.
    This is done already.  client_main.php lines 880-885:
    if ($this->isStaffAsClient() || !isset($this->post['language_code']) || !($language = $this->Languages->get(Configure::get('Blesta.company_id'), $this->post['language_code'])) ) { $this->redirect($this->base_uri); }

    A lot of companies are "one-man shows", there's nothing wrong with that. It's probably not a good idea to pretend there are a lot of people if there isn't, it's a bit dishonest, but I understand why they do. People tend to look down on "one-man shows", and I think in most cases that's unjustified.

    My opinion is that Mike needs to communicate. There hasn't been any public communication, and I think that's a mistake. People are generally pretty understanding if they aren't left in the dark.

    If you run this in a cronjob, no need to log each message since you log the whole script (email or pipe redirection). I would also make the suggestion you use https as opposed to http for the transfer (geolite supports this).
    You could get a small performance boost if you used named pipes and curl. Something like this would work:

    curl -L https://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoLiteCity.dat.gz | gunzip > GeoLiteCity.dat That is pretty agressive. The Maxmind website says the database is updated on the first Tuesday of the month. Taking into account the various number of timezones and not knowing when on Tuesday the database is updated, lets run this on Wednesdays instead.

    0 9 * * 3 [ `date +\%d` -le 7 ] && curl -L https://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoLiteCity.dat.gz | gunzip > /srv/uploads/system/GeoLiteCity.dat  Runs on the first Wednesday of every month at 9AM server time.

    It is more then just countries, cities are accounted for. With IPv4 shortage, v4 addresses are being reallocated, reassigned more fequrently then ever before.
    Note to Blesta Devs: Should switch to the new GeoLite2 database format. The current one is legacy and will be deprecated at some point. The new GeoLite2 also includes md5 sums which can be added to the script above.

    Hey Michael,

    I found your website article last night and went ahead and added that URL to the IPN in PayPal. The primary email address is correct and the cron is working fine. Hopefully with the manually entered URL it will work, I will check with my clients as soon as they pay their renewals.

    Thanks!
