  1. I think Blesta needs to make a way to make it easier for users to use the Multi-company feature. I have licenses for 5 add-on companies. Each time an update is made, the multi-company license structure just breaks the system. Today, for instance, I renewed the update and support. After the update and support was paid, the add-on companies just stopped working. It will probably take another week of passing emails between Licensepal and Blesta and me for this to work.

  3. I got a Multi-Company license. The problem is, this keeps popping up. does Blesta have a means for us users to have it updated our side? I got my license from LicensePal, but this issue is more of a Blesta support kind. Maybe a plugin should be created by them?
  4. Hello Paul, I was using Blesta 4.11, upgraded it to 4.11.1 after the issue and the upgrade did not resolve it. Long story short, the problem was just coincidentally triggered after I activated the add-on module (which I had a minor inconvenience and Licensepal was quick to help me with it, kudos to them) and turns out, the issue was because the geoip file was not owned by the webserver. So I had to change its permissions and after doing so, all things back to normal. Hopefully, the problem will not recur.
  5. Hi, I activated multi-company a few days ago and in the add-on company, I assigned a user as a member of the staff. This user is a client in my main install and is a staff member in the add-on. He is assigned the same email address. The problem: In the main blesta/company - logged as administrator- if I try to view his details, the page goes blank. All other clients are okay. Could this be a bug?
  6. Hello, this may be a bit late but I hope this info can help. I came across the same problem with Softaculous and after a couple of tried, I gave up using Softaculous and decided to manually install it. It turned out that some files (from Blesta) were not writable by the webserver: The config file = /config/blesta-new.php directory = /config

    http://mydomain.com/admin/upgrade does not work for me on 3.1 It does work on the older versions. Am I missing something?
  8. I have that very same problem with LogicBoxes. I am trying to add services to my clients with ResellerClub as my domain registrar. I was corresponding with Paul via email and he advised me to head over the forum to look for possible solutions. The bright side, at least I am not alone.
