  1. ADMIN Editing the order form: Type - Domain and Other selected Package Group - Domain Names Currencies checked - EUR, GBP, USD, ZAR DOMAIN LOOKUP Check Domain Availability has no currency selection drop down at all (using standard wizard template) If I skip and order other items, I then click on package Domain Names I have a drop down, but it does not change the currency. Stays in GBP
  2. I wanted to check in and see if there was anything new with this. I also notice that if a non client tries to order a domain it is only ever presented in GBP. Currencies selection is not an option. I can confirm that the package has a selection of manually entered prices in various currencies (I never could get it to automatically convert, but that is another thread) and the order form has all currencies selected. I can select the domain names page after searching for a domain and it will show a drop down of currencies, but whatever I select the page remains in GBP many thanks
  3. There are often times when I would have a call from a client and add a service for them. How would I do this and bill them without having to work out the exchange rate manually invoice them?
  4. This results with the client being invoiced in an alien currency. This would never be the desired behaviour.
  5. As I said the dropdown is sometimes working, sometimes not. The order form is one issue and the Add Service as an admin is the other and the main issue at the moment, though I think they maybe linked. That is what I expect to happen, to set a GBP price (which is my default) for a domain and then each client will get invoiced in their own currency which is converted at the exchange rate. I have used Clientexec and WHMCS which has moulded my experience of how this should work. Looking at the video (link in first post) and setting it up as suggested, it does not seem to work this way. The order form does seem to work sometimes, but my main test and what I really want to get working is to be able to Add Service to a client when I am logged in as administrator and see them invoiced for the service in their preferred currency. I think it either a config issue, something I am doing wrong or it just isn't possible with the current version. What actually happens is the price used is the Term Price which is GBP. I believe this is the same behaviour for all package types, but certainly for domains.
  6. It's a couple of screens in after checking for domain name. (I'm testing with africa.com and is the only one I have setup with multi currency, all the others have defined prices in all currencies)
  7. I'm now getting inconsistent results. When I first tried using the dropdown above the content nothing changed. I tried again and it worked. I have tried a 3rd time and once again would not update content. I tried on 2 browsers. Would you mind looking at a temporary order form and see if it behaves for you? africa.com is the one to test as it has only GBP price/term set . Maybe this problem relates to the problem of manually adding a service also. It seems something in my config is not happy.
  8. Is Blesta able to convert the default currency (entered in term/pricing) to the clients currency when an admin adds a service? I would like the clients invoice to be in EUR. At the moment if I add a service for a client manually as admin the invoice is in GBP - which is not the clients currency. (If I manually change the invoice after adding the service it does not convert, it just changes the currency keeping the same amount. ) I have EUR accepted on the order form as per: Only GBP is an option on the order form:
  9. Hi, On an order form I tried with nobody logged on, admin and a client with EUR preferred currency. All give the same result. As an admin should I not be able to click on a client and add a service that will then be in the clients preferred currency as per the screen shot (second from last)? Teamviewer may work, but I have run out of time tonight, so I'll get back to you with that - thanks for the offer.
  10. Not sure we are talking about the same thing. This is the clients preferred currency which I don't believe should change randomly to AUD. It should never change unless specifically modified.
  11. What changed was the client's preferred currency from EUR to AUD. No invoicing was involved. I suspect it was a problem with the form that set the preferred currency to AUD
  12. Hi, I think I must be missing something so I have taken shots of all screens I am using to be clear. The client order form and the client "Add Service" (bottom 2 shots) only gives GBP the default and I am expecting it to be in the clients preferred currency of EUR. thanks Client's preferred currency: Currency Setup: Package set to default currency and only option: Add service only shows GBP in drop down: Order form only gives GBP as an option:
  13. Hi, I ran into a similar problem some time ago and ended up having to not use multi currency and manually defining packages in each currency. Now After watching http://www.blesta.com/2012/05/04/blesta-3-0-currencies-video/ I tried to set up my packages to use multi currency. Steps: Current Setup: I set the default currency at GBP and Use Package Pricing for New Services Only ? Unchecked. Create Package: I then added a package for a domain specifying the default currency at 10.00 GBP for 1 year and saved. My understanding as per video is that if there are no other currency used then it will convert to the required one for the client. Client, New Service: I then tried adding a package to a client with EUR as default currency, but the package only shows up as GBP and does not bill in EUROS. Expected behaviour: The currency is offered and billed in the clients currency not the package currency. many thanks, Dan
  14. I just experienced a client's default currency changing from EUR to AUD out of the blue. I Had previously changed the currency from USD to EUR and which held. After this I had changed the email address of the user and it was sometime after this I noticed the client was now set to use AUD.
  15. That was the problem - the files did not get overwritten. I used rsync to make sure and all is good now. Just as a note - the database version in the settings table is now 3.6.0-b1. So, if I try to upgrade through CLI now I still get prompted to upgrade from 3.6.0-b1 > 3.6.1. Same as when it was 3.4.0 > 3.4.2 Blesta CLI Upgrader ---------------------------------------- Upgrade from 3.6.0-b1 to 3.6.1? (Y/N): N However, all is good. Thanks for your time Mike and for the fix Tyson.
