  2. Hi PauloV, I'm trying to use support manager pro in blesta 4 stable version. I get these issues while using the plugin: 1. Client click on the Open Ticket button. It says The ticket # has been successfully created, but the ticket is not created. 2. When admin wants to open a ticket, it says Invalid ticket ID and not created too.

  4. So there is no way to remove the option from the existing service unless via upgrade or downgrade, isn't it? Thanks

  6. They did pay for it. The cron job was not running, but just now I run it manually and the package was changed. It's 3.5. Thanks a lot for reminding the cron job.
  7. I have test too by paying the upgrade or downgrade, but the package was not changed in admin or client package status. By the way I'm using the universal module. Does that affect?
  8. Hi all, first of all thank you blesta team by making such great application. I have a question about the upgrade or downgrade package. I have successfully create several package and I'm testing it as a client. What I don't understand is where is the option or part for admin to know if client upgrade or downgrade their package and how to setup or manage it? Sorry if my english is not very good. Thanks a lot
