And when I create the forwarder piping to , it becomes |/home/username/home/username/public_html/blesta/plugins/support_manager/pipe.php I'm going to remove 'home/username' from the forward & test it.

As we all know, not all invoices get paid. How do we write one off? In my case, I have a partially paid invoice that will never get another payment. I can't archive the client either.

I'm having trouble setting up the forwarder in cPanel as nothing seems to work. The error message I get is Action: failed Final-Recipient: rfc822;|/home/USERNAME/usr/local/bin/php /home/USERNAME/public_html/blesta/plugins/support_manager/pipe.php Status: 5.0.0 The path to pipe.php is correct - what else could be wrong? I also checked with my host & confirmed that Mailparse is installed & active.

Yes, the single cron job was setup when I installed Blesta initially. Do these long-running cron jobs affect server performance at all?

Thanks - how can I setup one cron job to run all cron tasks for Blesta (and then disable anything no longer needed in Blesta)? All of my 'slow queries' in the past 24 hours involve Blesta cron tasks.

I just saw this error in my dashboard: There are one or more cron tasks that have been executing for more than 60 minutes. And I've been having some performance issues on my server that I've had trouble tracing the issues. Instead of running cron jobs through Blesta can I setup the cronjobs manually instead?

Doh, you guys are right. I am using Stripe, not sure why I thought ACH was accepted. I disabled that option.

A client setup an ACH account. I then tried to use the 'Make Payment' option to pay an outstanding invoice. I checked the open invoice, clicked 'Review & Confim' and got this error: The gateway does not support payments in this manner. Can ACH accounts not be used like this? Or is the ACH info incorrect?

I did but it seems to be saved differently. I just tried changing the cPanel username & pw in the Blesta account & said 'Permission Denied'.

Can I add that to the invoice display in my customer's dashboard? It would help them see what each invoice is for.

Right now it only has invoice #, amount & due date, which is a bit confusing for customers with multiple invoices. Any way of adding the description to their dashboard?

The packages existed already, so I went to the client's page in Blesta and selected Add Service on the left. I entered their domain name & then unchecked cPanel so a new account was not created. But the username for cPanel is different than the one that is actually in cPanel. Will the autosuspend work?

I started hosting a client last year before using Blesta. I would like to add a hosting plan to them and connect their existing cpanel to it. How can I do that?

OK - I would just like to create a seamless experience between my site & Blesta, especially when it comes to a customer being able to login to their account. Can you share examples of sites that do this well?

I'm looking at Blesta Integrations because I'd like the Blesta experience my customers have to match my website. Is it possible to have something where a buy link in WordPress results in a package being added to the Blesta cart? What are the potential issues & pitfalls involved? I've seen a lot of WP/WHMCS combos and have been tempted to switch as it seem easy. But I suspect the issues would be the same whether it's WHMCS or Blesta so the time/effort to change is likely not worth it.

When a client creates and account (via the Client Registration form), I do not get any email at all. How can I change this? Also, do you have any tips or recommendations for using Blesta to provide customer tickets and support?
