This one works now, after I removed a couple of the other cron jobs that were similar. It looks like cron is running once per hour.

The example Blesta shows under Settings > System > Automation is usually correct. Sometimes your path to PHP will be different, but it usually does a good job of detecting it.
If you deleted your cron job and don't remember what command you were using, probably you were calling a different version of PHP and that version met the system requirements while the new version does not.

Both work very similarly. Management just means extra options under the Manage button for the client. For shared hosting panels, users can just login to the panel to perform actions so it's usually not an issue. For Config Options, it just means that the module is not expecting any configurable options that would change the way it provisions the account through the DA API.. for example, extra disk quota, mailboxes, etc. That's not supported, so the accounts will be provisioned based on your Package settings.

Linking to a product as described in the documention is what adds a product to the cart. Blesta's services have more options than I think WooCommerce products allow for, so there is additional configuration typically necessary for products, (e.g. config options, module options, addons, etc.) and what appears and where also depends on the order form used, but you can preselect most of those options and have them set in the cart per a link to the product, then the customer can fill out anything else and proceed with checkout.

You don't have to modify URLs. You will need to reissue your license though. See the documentation.

I finally got off my butt to upgrade and now cron is running every 5 minutes as expected.

Figured it out - I had upgraded the server to php 7.2 and the path had changed. All good now.

OK - checked the services for two clients and the usernames are identical to the ones in WHM.

Doh, you guys are right. I am using Stripe, not sure why I thought ACH was accepted. I disabled that option.

Ok, I've made this setting but it doesn't make sense to me since the Blesta subfolder is what's missing in the broken urls. In any case, I waited for the cron to run naturally instead of sending it myself and the urls were correct this time. I also sent it manually and the urls were correct there too.

Turns out it was not a lack of permissions - the import from my old host included a couple of cPanels with unlimited bandwidth, resulting in the reseller account being 'out' of the bandwidth. Thus no more accounts could be created which makes the cPanel API not provide any package information.

Yep, if Blesta can't connect to your cPanel/WHM server then it will error on save.
