  1. we are aware of the issue of documentation missing for the module and would like to clarify some feedback we received that this module and others like it aren't unsupported and while we may have confused some people on our support policy we didn't mean to and would like to clarify that all modules are supported and any issues from them will be resolved if it is directly related to the module now if it isn't directly related to the module as being the root cause of the issue and the fix can be found easy on google we would refer you to google to solve the issue though if the root cause is related to our modules and is the root culprit of the issue then we will support the module and resolve any and all issues like that though you must tell us of the issue and provide someway like screenshots to show us the issue happening so we can better resolve the issue(s) in a support ticket. otherwise if we cannot reproduce the issue(s) ourself on our own systems and aren't provided any screenshots or something showing the issue(s) happening then we will not be able to find the root cause without further information and ask you please be detailed in your requests please.
  2. Ok thank you I have implemented your changes ^ that should be good correct?
  3. well they can place orders all they want as that is automated and therefore isn't required for me to be there. and that banner was basically related to support tickets only kinda like I see @Licensecart has been seen doing. of course I could have reworded it I guess saying support tickets will not be answered until tomorrow or until monday depending on which condition is there. I did update the op though to reflect this changes as I did not think about that I did use this: https://www.w3schools.com/w3css/ to display the alerts now though.
  4. I just made modifications to my structure.pdt on my custom theme on my website to include a big "attention grabber" on whether I am closed or not I designed this after seeing @Licensecart similar approach though I wanted to make sure it is very hard to miss the message so it is specifically made large and very visible(as I wanted to make sure there was no question whether I was closed or not)
  5. @Licensecart if I was you I would just hide and lock the thread considering this "review" is uncalled for considering that when they try to claim something that isn't true and try to hurt a provider's image that is actually could be fraud since that would be saying something that isn't and like I see on lowendtalk if you cannot prove beyond a doubt that what you are claiming is actually the case on both sides of the story then the thread is useless and is more like biased against one side and therefore the "scam" the person is claiming is a false claim and the thread usually is locked & hided and the user usually banned because of trying to say one thing when the other is true. and if due to people claiming it would be biased for you to handle this thread @Licensecart then it might be best for another moderator like @BeZazz to handle it instead since he isn't personally linked to licensecart and no one can cry woof that the moderator handling it was biased and related to the company in question then.
  6. well I haven't even thought of that so thank you paul for reminding me
  7. Our OpenNebula Module here for blesta is discounted 35% down to $65 for a owned license using coupon code: 541cSxsT it is valid until 7/15/17(this saturday)
  8. well it wouldn't be bad to make a domain registrar module for once(I don't think I have made one yet for public release for sale) since I have made a payment gateway and other modules but not a domain registrar module I will try to see what I can come up with.
  9. A: @Licensecart aka Michael Dance since he loves doing web design as he did it for me lol(sorry Michael Dance I just had to mess with you since you do awesome work as my site wouldn't have looked that good if it wasn't designed by you first lol )
  10. I have made my own "are you sure you want to open a ticket" modification to the support manager screenshots follow: my bookmarks bar is redacted on purpose for security reasons but as you can see in the url when you click the button to continue it puts a timestamp in the url which it uses to validate when you completed the first part to avoid people abusing it without it and getting around the system. if you don't finish your ticket and submit it before 2 minutes is up(and the time interval can change at any time) after the timestamp is made it makes you wait again and do the first part again which after that you will have another 2 minutes to write up the ticket and submit it you may be asking why do something like this? my answer is to make sure people don't open up random tickets for everything and make sure there ticket actually matches the conditions on the first page as who doesn't like as a person who handles tickets getting irrelevant tickets that aren't in the scope of your support policy or worse they open a ticket on a subject that has absolutely no relevance to your business slowing down the ticket queue for other customers that do? well that is why I did it as I tried to "wait and see" before having to do this but after trying that approach it was apparent that wouldn't work anyway and the best solution is what I made above. is it an inconvenience...yes is it worth it to support the customers faster that do need help that match the conditions...yes I just wanted to show this off to everyone as I couldn't do this in whmcs which is why I love blesta instead! since blesta still has owned licenses and allows you to customize all of this yourself without no encryption preventing you from doing so(aka ioncube) Fair disclaimer: I already spoke to @Licensecart about this when making this so he saw it first lol.
  11. so you need like a DRM solution? as I have made my own for internal use off the blesta license manager plugin which I rewrote completely and modified everything inside it the module and the plugin and everything and put a reseller api in it and also my license verification portal plugin is inside it as well so I mean I can try writing one from scratch based off my knowledge of how I rewrote the official blesta license manager system and I mean I can sell it as well since it would be written from scratch completely building from the foundation up(I have been wanting to do that for a while but considering the scope of the project it requires a lot of work to build it completely from scratch.) Which cyandark is the best to deal with if you need something custom like this and you can afford to pay someone to do it for you I cannot so I just usually make stuff myself instead.
  12. yes that is what I usually do as I have it specified in my terms of service/aup that if any dispute is opened the account is suspended/terminated immediately and is blacklisted and you end up on fraudrecord as I have a zero tolerance policy on disputes and mostly that is what most providers have.
  13. $7/month or $100/one time owned license
  14. yes that is something I have had in development for a while probably need to get back on it and finish it up and get it ready for sale & release.
  15. I am trying to make a mock example for this request I submitted: https://requests.blesta.com/topic/chargeback-watching-plugin but do not know where the callback for the paypal gateway is at?
  16. I already am trying to resolve it with him via ticket Michael Dance.
  17. This should be resolved via the ticket you have through us. @Licensecart please close out this thread considering it is related to cubedata's modules which this isn't a support forum for; it is for blesta instead. Let's not fill the blesta support forums for something not related to blesta directly lol
  18. well have more screenshots to show from testing on v4: the new release is being ioncube'd and will be uploaded soon! Release has been ioncube'd and is uploaded to my dl manager now.
  19. Sorry for the very late update but I am currently fixing the licensing for blesta v4 and once that is done it will go through testing on blesta v4 and verified to work and once it works I will update here saying it does and it will be released to my blesta dl manager afterwards. New Fixes to the licensing system coming soon with this release soon:
  20. well we have the anti fraud module working on php v7 and blesta v4: some screenshots: more screenshots will come as soon as I make them and redact the details in them no one needs to know. The Phone Validation isn't working yet due to needing to possibly modify the core order plugin files to make that happen along with the form and html helpers classes dropped made the development of the form for the phone validation have to be rewritten to do it another way.
  21. timnboys

    question

It's spam as usual Michael dance go ahead and take care of them lol
  22. I have already built a core cart modification into my fraudrecord anti fraud module which is given with the module to allow you to replace the core cart php file with the one I have which does force fraud verification on each checkout existing or not on v3.6 though v4 might need to be modified as well to the core cart php file to do the same as well
  23. okay but you do realize I said I am making my own vps panel so proxmox is irrelevant and all resources are being diverted to making the new vps panel correct?
  24. I don't know have you seen my coding I don't think you will consider it "pretty" and likely have hard time following it as I know that is what will happen so that is why I don't ever release open source modules because I know the backlash that will cause and it won't drive sales it will instead bottom them out(not because it is that bad but only because it isn't what you call PSR-1 standard lol) I have my own way of coding things that produce the same result of the PSR-1 coded code just in a different way. Though I am currently making my own vps panel though so Proxmox for me now is irrelevant lol(since well I am currently building my own vps panel instead to run xen, kvm, openvz).
  25. technically I can give stuff for free but I do not release the code for it as I may have it working but in no way is my code "beautiful" it isn't a "work of art" like people want to see so while I can give stuff for free there won't be exposed code because I know where that will go.
