OK I figured it out. What I did was logged into my maxmind account, and created a new key. Then from there they give you a unique link (with your KeyID you need to use) to download the file. I did that, extracted it, created the system folder in the upload folder and then uploaded the file into the system folder. Hopefully this will help anyone else in the future.

Hello The link given in the GeoIP settings is not working https://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoLite2-City.tar.gz <--- does not work. Is there new link to download this from? wow, I stumbled across this old thread that I forgot I started. Im shocked and said to hear this feature has not been implemented yet. I was hoping it would be. (Almost 2.5 years) I have been this feature in WHMCS/Softaculous plugin for over 2 years now.

Thats too bad MG did that but makes sense from their point. Hopefully someone comes up with something. I believe WHMCS can do it, but for this project, I was looking to use a different billing app. thanks for the reply

On the order form can the password field for for the service be removed and be generated by blesta/whm when order is paid/accepted I did some testing and if you use a weak password, then it will not auto create the account. because of a weak password. To me this will slow the process down to deliver the service to the user. Removing this option, and let the system generate it so service can be delivered right away. thank you

I see the logs. I was clicking on cPanel under name and taking me to the servers (manage cpanel) i see if you click anywhere else it shows you the logs. I see the issue, weak pwd "Sorry, the password you selected cannot be used because it is too weak and would be too easy to crack. Please select a password with strength rating of 60 or higher." Another reason to get rid of that option, or make it an option so it can be turned off. Most users will not choose a strong pwd by default. I;d rather let blesta have WHM generate the pwd.

Yes it the coupon is assigned. It even accepts it and adjusts the price aswell. It just when it gets to the last page before payment proccesor. I may have to submit a ticket for this then

OK that makes sense. I wonder if that cpanel service pwd be removed all together, and let it get generated automatically. I think it would be less confusing for users I always try to think like a user with these things.

Your "correct statement above" was not clear to me. Thats why I am verifying is its this {name_server}. I am assuming its that or do I put {% for name_server in module.name_servers %} Name server: {name_server} {% endfor %} like you said in your above post above

As I did my test order, blesta never created the account automatically. I can go into the admin panel and execute it manually and it worked. Even before I could do that, I still had to enter in a password for the account. Now during the sign up I already entered the password in 2 sections.

I did a test signup to test things out, and I noticed emails were not sent (I assumed they should have been sent) I created a free coupon to test just to bypass the payment gateway (i know there is a sandbox) During order process, no emails were sent notifying me that anyone signed up Then when I manually executed the new order I still did not get any emails. Emails got sent out to test client email, but I got nothing again

Hello I am testing my blesta before going live and I am having several issues. I entered in my coupon code and it accepts it, but when I get to the last page before selecting payment processor the price goes back to original price.

I dont understand why there is all these cron jobs period. Such as when a user purchases a new service. Why doesn;t it get executed right away. Why is a cron job needed to do this task?

I do not understand the reason for this. Such as "Provision Paid Pending Services" Would this mean when a new person signs up they have to wait the time specified?? If I uncheck that option will it be automatic instead?
