Maybe the client could rely the information to the developer and developer's boss? Whose to say that the content of the ticket may not contain confidential information that the client doesn't wish to share with the developer? It could then be easy to accidentally send confidential information to third parties!
 

No, I'm not kidding. It would be trivial to create an email that CC'd 10,000 people. Now you want Blesta to log all 10,000 CC addresses and email each one whenever the ticket is updated? That would clearly cause a denial of service that could effect not only your server, but also your mail service.
 
 
It's a security concern because it allows a multitude of users to reply to a single ticket. Blesta verifies the integrity of a ticket reply by evaluating the subject line. Allowing multiple people to reply to the same ticket can be a security concern as the reply is associated with the client and may not have necessarily come from the client.
 

Maybe a feature request to allow ticket replies to be CC'd to other contacts that are already set for the client account?
 

I wouldn't say this is an incredibly simple feature. Like I said, it has inherit problems. Those could probably be dealt with in some way to mitigate their effects. I don't know.
 

There are a lot of things in Kayako that Blesta doesn't do, but it's easy to use Kayako with Blesta.

Concentrate on Blesta 3.3 leve the rest for later
 
Blesta 3.3 will be a "Blast" with the new upcomming features there is no room for mistakes or for distractions

by the actual code we need to add another column for shared note , the better way to work with your feature request we need to make a separate table for notes .

but your idea is perfect and more usefull than current one , any one can contrubute to this plugi are welcome , he is hosted in github and is free and open for all .

we need a option to make admin template select like the client side .
we are working in a new admin template and we don't need to override the default view .

te modification should be done to the database , as all the navbar link are stored in the database .
for that reason we are working to add it to admin tools .

we want to do more , but we have a small time free to work in it .

Here is is a small preview for the new Blesta Bookmarks Plugin that is almost done
 
You will be able to add links to admin and client area
 
you can then add notes to the bookmarks that are visible wen accessing the bookmark.

For all you developers that are asking, "how we call a website to load the content" because "iframes" are now blocked in some cases, for exemple we cannot call blesta forums on a iframe or even facebook website, so we use curl to load the website after that if we click on any link or submit any form it will open a new windows to be able to continue navigating on the website without any problems.
 
 
Any sugestion please tell us to add before finish

I can understand that. But Blesta does not make data available to views that it doesn't use, since that would be a waste of resources.
 
It sounds like your template customizations need to be supported through a plugin instead, but since you don't want to use a plugin, there is no proper alternative than to change core files to do what you want.
 
That said, I would not recommend anyone do this for reasons already mentioned, but you could technically load a model in the view and call it:
$obj = new stdClass(); Loader::loadModels($obj, array("Clients")); $client = $obj->Clients->get(1);

so something is rong because we can add negative values as transactions (exemple: -12) and the transaction is acepted by blesta but it dosent reflect on credit
 
we have 2 difgerente situations, but only one is right:
 
1º- transaction can be negative and is acepted by blesta but is dosent reflect on any way, for exemple we can have negatve credit values wen a client owns you money someow.
 
or
 
2º-  there is a bug on blesta that acepts negatives values as transactions.
 
 
I think the 1st situation is the correct one, everything is OK, but it dosent reflect on credit but it has to reflect on it to acept positive and negative credit values.

SAFE_MODE probleme
do you have root access ? if yes you have two solution :
1 - disable SAFE_MODE in php.ini
2 - run the following command from ssh
chwon -R username:username /home/username/public_html
if you have cpanel and don't want to disable safe_mode then run the fallowing command
/scripts/chownpublichtmls

as the title see , we need a option to delete package from the Package Groups when we list them .
a delete button near to edit .
this will help as so much to gain more time , actually we need to click edit botton then remove it from the Member Groups and click update package .
we will save 3 click with this feature : )
