    For anyone else who may come across this issue, it wound up being that it was due to Error Reporting being on and Debug was set to "true". It is unclear as to why this would only cause the downloading of emails to fail and nothing else, seems counter intuitive to me, especially using debug in Wordpress is generally used to find issues, not cause them.
    It is fixed now and back to normal.

    I am excited to announce that SwiftModders will be creating Blesta themes. For the past few weeks, I have been working on a port of one of my most popular WHMCS themes, the Allure WHMCS Theme.     I've also posted this on their Trust Pilot page and found it worth while posting it here too:

    Personally, I am not a fan of writing reviews, but these guys have nailed it with support and several of other aspects that should be shared. As a company I am using Blesta as a billing platform rather over anything else because it suits me and the company a lot better. After years of waiting, I finally thought to give some love an attention to my billing portal.

    Which is why I have purchased the recently released ClientX Theme to give a bit of shine towards my billing portal. With a bit of misfortune, I ran into a few issues once I’ve upgraded to Blesta 5.1.2 that has broken several templates which is natural because they weren’t compatible due the upgrade. I contacted WHMCS Global Services and they informed me that it will be fixed within a very decent time frame.

    Eventually they contacted me in-order to collaborate with the developer of the theme itself which was a great experience. During the process we ran into several issues which got fixed one by one within a very decent time frame. Also managed to sort out some other bugs that has popped up along the way.

    Sandeep from Shine Dezign has really put in a lot of effort and great communication along the way and personally I would say he clearly fixed a lot of bugs. Personally, I would recommend providing feedback and collaborate with these guys because their great at what they’re doing.

    Hello -
    I just migrated my install over to a new host and switched over the DNS and I am getting a "Too Many Redirects" error. The only difference is that before I was on WHM/Cpanel and the install was installed in a subdirectory, and now it was moved to Cloudways/Digital Ocean and set up as a separate application in a root directory. I don't remember if I had to change something in a config file somewhere in order for it to work in a subdirectory or not. Of maybe missing something stupid. Never had this issue before when I moved it the last time.

    Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this error?

    I need to be able to sync data with wordpress, quickbooks, etc. Instead of individual integrations, the strategy that seems to make sense is Zapier or equivalent service. Then my valuable Blesta data would no longer be siloed.

    You shouldn't have any problem removing mcrypt and still have your data encrypted/decrypted the same as before so long as your Blesta system key remains the same.

    The mcrypt extension is a recommended requirement, but it is optional. You can run without it.

    Blesta doesn't come with a ClientData plugin, which explains why it was not in your new installation of Blesta.
    It looks like your ClientData plugin is a third-party plugin from @Blesta Addons. You should contact him if there are any compatibility issues.

    I personally would like to see #1 happen. As mentioned, being an agency that manages multiple accounts for clients, two of the best platforms that showcase this type of functionality is Vimeo & Google. I can sign in with a "single" username and password and access every company through that single login.     Letting someone create username "example" at Company A, then letting someone completely different use that same exact username "example" at Company B - you're asking for a whole world of trouble and it would be super confusing to account managers that handle the accounts. Then what happens if username "example" at Company A wants to sign up for Company B - but now they have to create a whole new username and password because someone already used it, right? How is that making it easier?

    Profiles are not related each one. Not switch betwen companies. <-- Then you are simply asking to create a new account for any/every company? Isn't this the default behavior right now or am I missing something?

    To be clear, what are you asking for exactly?
    Ability for a single login to have access to multiple companies (Same user/password, client can "switch" companies like Admins)? *or* The ability to create a new user/pass (which could be the same) for each company? In other words, the login is tied to the company. Both of these options would maintain separate client records/profiles, meaning that they would not see services on their profile for all companies. They would have to login at the right place, or use a company switch feature like admins. Thoughts?

    We are a web development company and use Blesta strictly for invoicing and the ticketing for support requests. For whatever reason, we couldn't find any other solution that fit our needs. Most CRM's just handle the "lead" and "nurturing" side of client management, but nothing in terms of real management after you have onboarded them. For the price, and not to mention the support and love on the boards... it was a no brainer! Blesta FTW!

    We have plans to include client information in the email template if it is available, but the {ticket.email} tag wouldn't be updated to include the email address unless the ticket/reply was emailed in.
